Howe Community Library News Howe Community Library's Summer Reading Challenge culminated in four winners. During the months of June and July, participants in our Reading Challenge who came in each week and told
us they read every day that week got their name in the drawing. The lucky person whose name was drawn in each of four age groups was the winner of a Kindle Fire.
