Two Howe students are national finalists in FFA

Bearden was named in Equine Placement while Catching was named in Beef Placement. Only 188 of the 669,000+ FFA members nation wide get to make that claim. +++

Seventh grade center-turned-fullback Mahlon Walker carries for a 56-yard touchdown. Michelle Walker/Howe Enterprise. The Howe seventh grade were the only sub-varsity group to defeat the Van Alstyne Panthers on Thursday. Scores were made by Jacob Campbell, Mahlon Walker, and Cooper Jones.

Howe has a bright future with the middle school players moving up.
The Howe JV lost, 53-0, to a very good Panther JV team as well.
