DIVINE FEMININE + DIVINE MASCULINE
As we approach this topic, I first want to be clear - when we speak about the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine energies, try not to think about that man or woman you know, try not to think about all the ways you have perhaps seen those who are "masc" or "femme" behave or operate in society. When we speak of the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine, we are speaking of energies that we ALL contain. In the "Invocation" of this book, you may remember me referring to the inhale alongside feminine and the exhale alongside masculine why is that? That is because everything we experience here on the planet contains the duality of an inward, receptive motion (which is feminine) and an outward, external motion (which is masculine). Let's go a little deeper then. Have you ever tried to take in alot of air and hold your breath without exhaling? It doesn't last long, does it? Have you ever seen a building with only exits and no entrances? These are simple examples to make the point of duality exists in many forms in our daily lives, whether we've been noticing it or not. Duality is how we measure balance and imbalance is what creates space for disease or dis-ease meaning a block to natural flow.
