Give us courage and inner calm, foresight and preparedness for the battles we are righting, and wins for the ones that are ahead. Give us clarity to see the moments of peace, and to draw strength for our love and fortitude. Offer us answers in our dreams, and support in our waking. Calling on the Great Mystery, the benevolent powers of creation. Help us tap our higher calling, our magic and our bravery for the days to come, and for today.

Congratulations on your forward moving action to make two of the best investments you'll ever make in your life one in yourself and one in Mother Earth - both of which are gifts that keep on giving. As I start to prepare you for the journey we're about to take together, I want to name some things that are important to acknowledge early on as we set the stage for the work that will happen between these pages and out in the world, through your inspired action. I stand with you, beloved. Are you ready to begin?

First, throughout this book you will see me refer to the planet as Mother Earth, Gaia, Pachamama or the Wheel of Fortune. I use these terms interchangeably as a nod to the different embodiments that the planet takes with a slightly different energetic imprint to call in the same "body" . In my studies of history, culture and spirituality over the last two decades, I have also heard Earth referred to as a masculine energy by some and it is not something that resonates with me or my lineage as far as I know it at this time. I will also say that with this majestic planet we get to call home being one of evolution and change that perhaps at one time it was more of a masculine energy, but as I connect in with my own Earth practices, what is reflected back to me is a Divine Mother who simply wants the best for her children. She picks no favorites (i.e. plants, animals, fungi, humans, elements, etc) and knows that each child brings its own unique magic to the family and will need its own unique kind of love, protection and parenting. I believe it is her hope for us that we correct some of the mistakes we have made in going against her before we have to endure more tough love to finally get the lesson. I pray we get it soon.

Secondly, I am no guru so please do not treat me as one.Like you, I am fully Spirit and fully human which means that I come with my fair share of battle wounds, heartbreaks, tragedies and wildly magical experiences all in one mixed bag. In my Earthly responsibilities as a Life Path 7 (spiritual seeker), it is time to share all that I have learned and illuminate this #sojournoflight for others. I have spent my life (truly 20-30 years, no exaggeration) researching through living, reading, traveling, observing and testing my theories about the meaning of life, who God was/is and why we're here. As someone who has been initiated onto my path in many ways - from the time I was in my teenage mother's womb until now - my life is a testimony to all that I present you with here, and then some. You can find out more about my achievements under "About the Author" , in the back. So in that way, I am a results expert - I know what I know because I've put in the blood, sweat, tears and TIME to refine the formulas, wisdom and traditions passed to me. I add in some insights of my own from my lived experience and unique perspective. It is not my goal to entice more followers, but to build with the sovereign. And even if you're just curious for now, I hope you too will become an expert in your experience and offer your insights, in your own creative, unique way, to the world or to your people.

Finally, I am fully aware of battle with time that many of us facing, which I touch on in "Time is True Wealth" so while the book is thicky thick, the chapters provide straight to the point info, insights or prompts so that you get both reflection (feminine/inhale) and action (masculine/exhale).
