hat’s next? These are all questions we have as another chapter is closed in “your” Never Ending Story of Divine living. Where do you go from here? The only way to answer these questions is to start with “Self-Knowledge” to obtain the wisdom and understanding. The future manifestations are only generated in the mirage of the ethers by your force to will them into existence. Hence the phrase, “Get up off your ass and just solve it. If your reading this it is 2019 my friend. Therefore, if you are into numerology the number “12” represents completion. From 12 disciples, to 12 zodiacs, to 12 constellations or even the 12-step ladder and many more. Our solar system has completed a system of universal order and we must understand that the coming of the Age Aquarius is upon us on every level of existence. Whatever was in the past that was negative, learn from it and produce a new future with positive production. Your future endeavors depend upon your willingness to allow yourself to
swim gracefully and peacefully to your desired destination. As a result, remember these words of wisdom, -ASE

RUNNING THE PICK N ROLL
How consistency trumps sporadic burst of motivation in the long game of life
S
o, I’m chilling at the Rockets game watching the basketball team dominate the other team with one move, “The Pick N Roll”. It baffles me as I watch the same consistent

move arrive at the same result of excellence, BUCKETS! But I know your thinking like, “Why is this so important?” Well, this move is a dominating force in the game and is timeless.
Since the 1960s when basketball showed up on the scene as a family sport this move has been the staple for great teams like the Lakers “Show-Time” with Magic Johnson to the Utah Jazz Stockton/Malone remix. This signature move (Pick N Roll) represents consistency to reach a desired result and is similar to our approach to life. The basketball game has ups and downs but as we move closer to the end game the score adds up. In life there are always challenges that will test
your strength on every side but where is your consistent go to move that allows you to inch closer to the prize. However, the funniest thing is that the opponents know and recognize exactly when the move is about to happen but still cannot totally stop it. Make sure you start to use your signature move in all of life’s situations and soon you will become a master in the art of balancing your own life. Ryan Smith Bey

STOP CHASING AFTER PEOPLE IN RELATIONSHIPS.
We should never volunteer to be the person on the side. We shouldn’t try to ruin another person’s relationship. There is no honor in stealing someone’s partner.

STOP GUN VIOLENCE.
We can’t fight
police brutality on one side, and allow stray bullets to hit innocent children on the other side. Arguments shouldn’t be solved with guns.

STOP CALLING PEOPLE COONS
when they point out real problems in the black community. Just because it doesn’t apply to you or you’re in denial doesn’t make the other person a coon.

CHALLENGE YOURSELF MENTALLY
You can learn a new language, how to code or improve your math skills. I have taken up learning Spanish and Arabic and this has allowed me to meet other people and to learn about their cultures.

STOP JUDGING OTHERS.
Coming from an affluent neighborhood
doesn’t mean that you’re not down with the struggle. On the contrary, coming from the hood doesn’t mean that you’re ignorant.

SUPPORT BLACK BUSINESSES.

BEING “BLACK” IN AMERICA Scientific Study: Smudging proves to do a lot more than “clear evil spirits”

or hundreds of years we as a people have suffered an identity crisis. We have been called and classified by as Black, Negro, Colored and now African American all are mis-classifications and all created in the name of European imperialism.
OK NOW ON TO THE HARD PART…
The point of this Article is to make you think! When most of us think of who we were as a people before European colonization; most of us will think
African; and you would be correct in the “cradel of civilization” sense – we are all African. So let’s go deeper into where were we before the colonization of this land? The answer logically is here!
CONTRARY TO POPULAR TEACHINGS,
The real aborigines of the American lands had ‘NEGRO’ features. The people European explorers first saw in the new world had dark skin, wooly hair, broad noses, big eyes. Furthermore, remnants of ancient civilization

found in the Americas all are depicted having Negro or African features. Imagine if more Black Americans wake up to their ‘indigenous’ ancestry here, and begin claiming American lands based on lineage and bloodlines that settled in these lands for thousands of years long before the Asiatic Native American and the European.
HERE’S A THOUGHT….
If some of the most ancient civilizations and pyramids in the world are found in the Americas, is it possible that the first civilizations of humans were in the Americas and not Africa? Either way, they were a dark-skinned people with ‘African’ or ‘Negro’ features. I wonder if African Americans trace their family history what will they discover? They will find that they are
descended from the people indigenous to the lands now called the Americas.
We were all taught that we are descendants of Africa brought here by the white man during the TransAtlantic Slave Trade. We’ve all seen this story in history textbooks, movies, and this narrative is commonly accepted as truth. But what if it isn’t? Many of us remember our grandparents mentioning that we have “Native American” blood in our family. After centuries of mass manipulation and mis-education our people are confused? Why wouldn’t we be? Our confused state should not be used as fuel for your social profiles or slick talk memes. It’s a real issue! Millions of our people have no idea who they are or where they come from. If we are to elevate above the ignorance forced upon us then we must be willing to educate, inspire and inform each other as oppose to criticize and ostracize our own. BLACK-EYED SYMBOLISM
For anyone who has taken this tradition for granted, here’s how it all started.
O
n New Year’s Day, you’ll find people in the South eating black-eyed peas and greens. There’s evidence that people ate black-eyed peas for luck as early as 500 A.D.
eyed pea is echoed by the old expression, “Eat poor on New Year’s, and eat fat the rest of the year.” Another explanation is that dried beans resemble coins, and when cooked; greatly expand, thu symbolizing expanding wealth.

THE TRUMP CHRONICLES
THE WALL Americans supported the Obama-era protections for undocumented immigrants known as “dreamers,” and more than 40 percent of Americans oppose using the border wall with Mexico, but the community that is the least supportive of one of Trump’s immigration plan isn’t Latinos; it’s black Americans. Nearly 87 percent — of black voters oppose the

wall, compared with 71 percent of Latino voters and 51 percent of white voters. When Trump called Mexican immigrants “rapists”, some of his harshest critics were black Americans. Some feel that despite Trump’s focus on immigration from Latin America, hundreds of thousands of immigrants from predominantly black countries are affected by his policy, as well. As a result, some Latinos
have called on the black community to show support for issues affecting black Americans. Our struggles, even for those of us who aren’t Black are linked; therefore, helping to dismantle the racist systems that incarcerate one in three black men can also put a crack in the structures that place Latino families in detention centers.
Black and brown people in the U.S. have always lived in the same neighborhoods, worshiped at the same churches, attended the same schools and frequented the same stores and restaurants. We are neighbors and allies in the class and race struggle.
