ALUMNAE WEEKEND
There was disappointment in our community that Alumnae Weekend 2020 did not take place in person due to the coronavirus pandemic. Holy Child's Communications and Alumnae Relations Departments collaborted to creatively present enjoyable Facebook Live experiences on April 24 and 25. Friday evening, classes scheduled to celebrate milestone reunions were treated to a video that recognized each of the “0” and “5” years with photos and a song from that “era.” Alumnae gathered for virtual happy hours and shared their screen shots. Saturday morning alumnae ABOUT OUR GIRLS NIGHT IN! enjoyed two Facebook Live events: first, Kerry Flanagan Nicolardi ’00 read "Room on the Broom" to children and grandchildren of our alumnae, followed by Lauren Mills ’03 who led a yoga and WATCH OUR meditation session. STORY TIME! Both of these virtual events were organized by Neda Ghassabeh ’03 and were so well received that requests were submitted to include these two events during our SEE OUR YOGA SESSION! April 23/24 Alumnae Weekend 2021 lineup. We will also celebrate the milestone reunions of the classes of 0s, 1s, 5s, and 6s. Mark your calendars now! We promise a fun time will be had by all; you will not want to miss it!
