Lake Arrowhead Church was holding its first Annual Golfing Fore Children Charity Tournament. Over the years, many children’s charities have benefited from the proceeds. The secret to the success lies right here in the Lake Arrowhead community.
HOLE-IN-ONE SPONSORS
Day’s Chevrolet of Jasper and Shottenkirk Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (Shottenkirk) of Canton each provided a Hole-in-One sponsorship. One on Hole 13 and the other on Hole 17. Both Andrew Diemer of Day’s Chevrolet and David Booth of Shottenkirk were enthusiastic contributors to Golfing Fore Children. Each of these gentleman care deeply about their community and give back by helping the organizations that are equipped to help at-risk children. It is comforting to know we have such leaders and businesses who are so willing to give back and we are so grateful for their support. Through the corporate leadership of these companies, we were able to draw in 128 golfers. Please be reminded that and all the money raised from Golfing Fore Children goes to the charitable organizations we support. While nobody won either of the hole-in-one prizes we did have a golfer that came within one foot of a hole-in-one win. Shottenkirk Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Hole-in-One Jeep
