1.2 Display unit

Composition of the display unit

1. The LED display indicates the limit state of each working range, rotation state of the winch drum, and AML control state.

The display panel indicates the moment ratio, crane state, outrigger state, slewing position, and error code.

When the PTO switch is set to "ON," the AML starts.

• The AML is not a load meter. The hook load indication is a reference value, and not a correct mass of the lifted load.

(1) Moment load ratio display

Shows the load ratio with a bar graph and numerical value.

(2) Moment ratio mark

Shows how critical the load ratio is represented by the bar graph; safe (green), warning (yellow), or critical (red).

(3) Jib lift indicator symbol

Lights up when the jib lift is registered. Flashes when the jib set status is registered to the AML.

(4) Single top lift indicator symbol

Lights up when the single top lift is registered.

(5) Crane status indicator (A-1)

(7) Crane status indicator (B-1)

(8) Crane status indicator (B-2)

Indicates the crane status with the indicator (icons). Refer to "Crane Status Indicator" (Chapter B-1) for the meanings of the icons.

(9) Slewing position display

Shows the current slewing position. Every 45º is marked

(10) Front position symbol

Lights up when the boom is directed to the front of the vehicle.

(11) On-rubber status indicator symbol

Flashes during on-rubber creep operation, and lights up during on-rubber stationary operation

(12) Suspension full retraction state indicator symbol

Lights up when the suspension is fully retracted.

(13) Outrigger status indicator symbol

Indicates the extension width of outriggers. The outer frames of the symbol represent the maximum available steps of the outrigger extension, and the inner frames (black -filled segments) represent the current step of outrigger extension.

(14) Over-front special capacity selection symbol

Lights up when the over-front special capacity is selected.

(15 ) Over-front special capacity activation symbol

Flashes when the over-front special capacity is selected and the slewing angle goes in the applicable angles for the over-front special capacity.

Goes out when the slewing angle goes out from the applicable angles for the overfront special capacity.

(16) Boom status symbol

Lights up when the boom lift is registered.

(17) Fuel consumption status indicator

Shows the fuel consumption rate during crane operation.

(18) Eco mode indicator

Lights up when the eco mode switch is turned to "ON", and shows a mode currently set (Eco mode 1, or Eco mode 2).
