5 Exchanging / topping up grease reservoirs

CAUTION

Lines are pressurized. Be careful when decoupling. Observe extreme cleanlinesswhen exchanging or topping up the grease reservoirs. Contaminated lubricantcauses malfunctions and premature wear of the grease pump and other components of the system. Clean surroundings before exchanging or topping up Switch off centralized lubrication system (turn off engine)

Filling of thecontainer through service-plate

Removedust protective capat the filling couplingandthedust protectivecapatthe filling nipple

Couplethe fillinghoseatitem 10(P1) resp.11(P2) andswitchon thefillingpump

Whenthereservoiris full,theultrsonic sensor transmits anelectric signal tothecontrol unit.Visual control is possiblebyscrewingoff alid the fillingpumpisswitchedoff

Disconnect thefillingcouplingandreinstall thedustprotective caps
