4 - PRE-ASSEMBLY PREPARING FOR ASSEMBLY
Preparation 1. Park the machine on a level surface and lower the bucket to the ground. 2. Stop the engine and apply the parking brake. 3. Wait 5 s. Then, turn the ignition key to the ON position. 4. On the joystick, slide the roller switch (forward and backward, at least three times) to discharge the auxiliary line pressure. 5. Press the Quick Coupler switch to the OFF position. The ON light switch should be not illuminated. 6. Move the joystick in both directions (at least 20 times) to discharge the pilot control accumulator pressure. 7. Turn the ignition key to the OFF position. 8. Turn the master disconnect switch to the OFF position. 9. Loosen the hydraulic tank fill cap to relieve any pressure in the hydraulic system. 10. Place a suitable container under the hydraulic tank drain plug. Remove the plug and drain the oil from the hydraulic tank.
