Safety rules WARNING Avoid injury! Always do the following before lubricating, maintaining, or servicing the machine.

1. Disengage all drives.

2. Engage parking brake.

3. Lower all attachments to the ground, or raise and engage all safety locks.

4. Shut off engine.

5. Remove key from key switch.

6. Switch off battery key, if installed.

7. Wait for all machine movement to stop.

3 - GENERAL INFORMATION###_1_### Basic instructions READ THE FULL INSTRUCTION BEFORE STARTING THE INSTALLATION!

• References to “left” and “right” are determined from the rear, facing in the direction of travel of the machine during operation.

• To access the different components, see the operator’s manual of the machine.

• Callout references: - Numeric callout references (example: (1)), refers to item (1) in the kit content list.

- Letter callout references (example: (A)), refers to the component on the unit, not to an item in the kit content list.

• Use ANTIFRET to minimize fretting corrosion between two metal surfaces. Fretting corrosion is caused by very slight oscillations or by vibrations. This may lead to serious damage in bearings and other machine parts and can make dismounting almost impossible.

• Always tighten the hardware unless instructed not to tighten in the step involved.

• Tighten the hardware to the standard torque specifications unless otherwise instructed.

• Make sure to use the hardware specified in tapped holes. Install a metric bolt in a metric thread or an inch bolt in an inch thread, otherwise you will damage the threads!

• Install flat washers over all slotted holes unless truss-head or carriage bolts are used. Install a lock washer on all the bolts unless a jam nut or a lock nut is specified.

• Install special hardened washers where specified.

4 - PRE-ASSEMBLY

4 - PRE-ASSEMBLY PREPARING FOR ASSEMBLY

Preparation 1. Park the machine on a level surface and lower the bucket to the ground.

2. Stop the engine and apply the parking brake.

3. Wait 5 s. Then, turn the ignition key to the ON position.

4. On the joystick, slide the roller switch (forward and backward, at least three times) to discharge the auxiliary line pressure.

5. Press the Quick Coupler switch to the OFF position.

The ON light switch should be not illuminated.

6. Move the joystick in both directions (at least 20 times) to discharge the pilot control accumulator pressure.

7. Turn the ignition key to the OFF position.

8. Turn the master disconnect switch to the OFF position.

9. Loosen the hydraulic tank fill cap to relieve any pressure in the hydraulic system.

10. Place a suitable container under the hydraulic tank drain plug. Remove the plug and drain the oil from the hydraulic tank.

5 - ASSEMBLY Front loader arm hydraulic system

Ride control Boom hydraulic line removal 1. On the main control valve, locate the hose (A) (marked with grey tie, see arrow) and the hose (B) (marked with brown tie, see arrow).

2. Remove the hose (A) from the fitting (C) and the hose (B) from the 90° elbow (D).

3. Remove the fitting (C) from the port A2 of the main control valve and the 90° elbow (D) from the port B2 of the main control valve.

4. On the rear frame, remove the bolts (G), the washers (H), and the nuts (L) to separate the clamps (E).

5. Loosen the bolts (M) to move the plates (F) and facilitate the removal of the hose (A) and the hose (B) (see also Figure 1) from the clamps (E).

6. On the front frame, remove the hose (A) and the hose (B) from the fittings (N).

NOTE: • See Figure 3 for configuration without anti-drop valves.

• See Figure 4 for configuration with anti-drop valves.

7. Remove the hose (A) and the hose (B) from the machine.

Ride control valve assembly 8. On the ride control valve (2), install the following fittings and 90° elbow: • Port P1 – fitting (10) • Port P2 – fitting (10) • Port ACC – fitting (8) • Port T – 90° elbow (3).

9. Tighten the fittings (10), the fitting (8), and the 90° elbow (3) to 89 N·m (66 lb ft).

10. Adjust the 90° elbow (3) as shown in Figure 6.

11. Install the accumulator (9) on the fitting (8). Tighten to 136 N·m (100 lb ft).

Ride control valve installation 12. On the left-hand side of the rear frame, under the steering cylinder, locate the four welded nuts (P).

13. Install the bracket (1) on the rear frame. Use the bolts (7), the washers (6), and the nuts (P).

14. Install the ride control valve (2) assembly on the bracket (1). Use the bolt (5) and the washer (4).

15. Install the T-fitting (11) on the port A2 of the main control valve. Tighten to 100 N·m (74 lb ft). Adjust as shown in Figure 11.

16. Install the 90° elbow (12) on the T-fitting (11). Tighten to 100 N·m (74 lb ft). Adjust as shown in Figure 12.

17. Install the T-fitting (11) on the port B2 of the main control valve. Tighten to 100 N·m (74 lb ft). Adjust as shown in Figure 11.

Ride control line installation 18. On the ride control valve assembly, install the hose ( A2 ride control) (13) and the hose ( B2 ride control) (14) on the fittings (10). Tighten to 100 N·m (74 lb ft).

Adjust as shown in Figure 14.

19. Install the hose ( T ride control) (17) on the 90° elbow (3). Tighten to 65 N·m (48 lb ft). Adjust as shown in Figure 15.

20. On the hydraulic tank, remove the cap from the fitting (Q). Route the hose ( T ride control) (17) towards the hydraulic tank. Install the hose ( T ride control) (17) on the fitting (Q). Tighten to 65 N·m (48 lb ft). Adjust as shown in Figure 17.

21. Route the hose ( A2 ride control) (13) and the hose ( B2 ride control) (14) towards the main control valve.

22. Install the hose ( A2 ride control) (13) on the 90° elbow (12). Tighten to 100 N·m (74 lb ft).

23. Install the hose ( B2 ride control) (14) on the T-fitting (11). Tighten to 100 N·m (74 lb ft).

24. Install the hose ( A2 main valve) (15) on the 90° elbow (12). Tighten to 100 N·m (74 lb ft).

NOTE: The hose ( A2 main valve) (15) is marked with grey plastic tie (15a) for identification.

25. Install the hose ( B2 main valve) (16) on the T-fitting (11). Tighten to 100 N·m (74 lb ft).

NOTE: The hose ( B2 main valve) (16) is marked with brown plastic tie (16a) for identification.

26. Adjust the hose ( A2 main valve) (15), the hose ( B2 ride control) (14), and the hose ( A2 ride control) (13) as shown in Figure 20.

27. Adjust the hose ( B2 main valve) (16) as shown in Figure 21.

28. Route the hose ( A2 main valve) (15) and the hose ( B2 main valve) (16) between the clamps (E) in the appropriate locations (see Figure 19).

NOTE: Align the mark (see arrow) on the hose (15) and the hose (16) to the clamps (E).

29. Reinstall the bolts (G), the washers (H), and the nuts (L) to secure the hoses between the clamps (E).

NOTE: Pay attention to align the marks on all hoses (see arrow) to the clamps (E).

30. Tighten the bolts (M) to fix the plates (F).

31. Route the hose ( A2 main valve) (15) and the hose ( B2 main valve) (16) towards the front frame.

32. Install the hose ( A2 main valve) (15) and the hose ( B2 main valve) (16) on the fittings (N). Tighten to 100 N·m (74 lb ft).

NOTE: • See Figures 23, 24 for configuration without anti-drop valves.

• See Figures 25, 26 for configuration with anti-drop valves.

NOTE: • The hose ( A2 main valve) (15) is marked with grey plastic tie (15b) for identification.

• The hose ( B2 main valve) (16) is marked with brown plastic tie (16b) for identification.

33. Adjust the hose ( A2 main valve) (15) and the hose ( B2 main valve) (16) as shown in Figure 24 or 26.

Electrical component installation 34. On the left-hand side of the rear frame, locate the connector X-090A (S) and the connector X-090B (R) of the frame harness (T).

35. Remove the plugs and connect the connector X-090A (S) and the connector X-090B (R) to the ride control solenoid valves as shown in Figure 27.

36. Secure the wire of the connector (R) to the hose (13).

Use the cable tie (19).

37. Secure the wire of the connector (S) to the hose (14).

Use the cable tie (19).

38. Secure the frame harness (T) to the greasing lines.

Use the cable ties (19).

39. Inside the cab, on the right-hand console, remove the switch panel (U).

40. Remove the plug and install the rocker switch (18).

41. Locate the connector X-032 (X) of the main cab harness (Y).

42. Connect the connector X-032 (X) to the rocker switch (18).

43. Reinstall the switch panel (U).

Decal application 44. On the tilt cylinder, clean the area for the decal application. Apply the decal (20) at the distance W = 40 mm (1.6 in) from the end of the tilt cylinder.

Machine configuration NOTE: Update the factory software via Electronic Service Tool ( EST) to the latest version suitable for the machine configuration. Then, perform the following steps for configuration.

1. Open the cab hood to access the diagnostic connector (see arrow in Figure 2). Remove the plug and connect the EST (AA) to the diagnostic connector.

NOTE: With the key in OFF position, all lights on the EST are off.

2. Turn the key to ON position and start the EST. The lights on the EST light up.

3. The home page shows the list of controllers. The status ON LINE means there is communication between the EST and the controllers.

9. Click on "SEND MODIFIED VALUES TO CONTROLLER" to confirm and update the “Ride Control Option” to the new value.

10. Click on "EXIT" to return to the main menu.

11. After performing the configuration operations, some fault codes may appear on the display. It is recommended to proceed with a cleaning.

Ride control check 1. Fill the hydraulic oil tank. See the Operator’s Manual for specifications.

2. Turn the master disconnect switch to the ON position.

3. Start the engine.

4. On the right-hand console, press the rocker switch (18) to activate the ride control function.

5. On the instrument cluster, the green indicator light (AB) will flash.

6. Raise the lift arm close to the top of travel.

7. Rapidly dump the bucket. Repeat this step two or three times to allow the charge of the ride control accumulator.

8. Lower the lift arm and roll the bucket back to the carry position.

9. Accelerate the machine to a minimum speed of 4.0 km/h (2.5 mph). At this speed, the lift arm should visibly raise.

10. On the instrument cluster, check that the green indicator light (AB) (see Figure 2) is illuminated while the machine travels faster than 4.0 km/h (2.5 mph).

11. Decelerate the machine and check that the green indicator light (AB) flashes when the machine reaches a speed below 4.0 km/h (2.5 mph).

12. Stop the machine.

13. Inspect for oil leakage. In case of leaks, repair as required. Ensure the hydraulic tank oil level is correct.

• Les références à « gauche » et « droite » s'entendent avec l'opérateur assis au poste de conduite et faisant face au sens de déplacement normal de la machine lors du fonctionnement.

• Pour accéder aux différents composants, se reporter au manuel de l'utilisateur de la machine.

• Références : - Les références numériques (par exemple : (1)) se réfèrent à l'élément (1) de la liste du contenu du kit.

- Les références alphabétiques (par exemple : (A)) se réfèrent aux composants de la machine et non aux éléments de la liste du contenu du kit.

• utiliser de l' ANTIFRET pour réduire la corrosion par frottement entre les deux surfaces métalliques. La corrosion par frottement est provoquée par de très légères oscillations ou par des vibrations. Ceci peut provoquer de graves détériorations dans les roulements et d'autres pièces de la machine et peut rendre quasiment impossible le démontage.

• toujours serrer le matériel de fixation, sauf instruction contraire dans l'étape concernée.

• serrer le matériel de fixation conformément aux spécifications de couple de serrage standard, sauf indication contraire.

• Veiller à utiliser le matériel de fixation spécifié dans les orifices taraudés. Installer une vis métrique dans un filetage métrique ou une vis en pouces dans un filetage en pouces. Dans le cas contraire, les filetages pourraient être endommagés.

• Installer des rondelles plates sur toutes les fentes, sauf si des boulons à tête bombée sont utilisés. Poser une rondelle frein sur toutes les vis, sauf si un contre-écrou ou un écrou autobloquant est spécifié.

• Installer des rondelles trempées spéciales lorsque les instructions le précisent.

Préparation 1. Garer la machine sur une surface plane et abaisser le godet chargeur au sol.

2. Arrêter le moteur et serrer le frein de stationnement.

3. Attendre 5 s. Ensuite, tourner la clé de contact en position de marche (ON).

4. Sur la manette, faire coulisser le contacteur à molette (en avant/arrière, au moins 3 fois) pour relâcher la pression de conduite auxiliaire.

5. Appuyer sur le commutateur du raccord rapide pour le mettre sur la position OFF (arrêt). Le voyant ON doit être éteint.

6. Déplacer la manette dans les deux directions (au moins 20 fois) pour relâcher la pression de l'accumulateur de commande pilote.

7. Tourner la clé de contact en position OFF (Arrêt).

8. Placer le sectionneur principal sur la position d'arrêt (OFF).

9. Desserrer le bouchon de remplissage du réservoir hydraulique pour relâcher la pression dans le circuit hydraulique.

10. Placer un récipient adapté sous le bouchon de vidange du réservoir hydraulique. Retirer le bouchon et vidanger l'huile du réservoir hydraulique.

Commande anti-tangage Dépose de la conduite hydraulique de flèche 1. Sur le distributeur principal, localiser le flexible (A) (attache grise, voir flèche) et le flexible (B) (attache marron, voir flèche).

2. Déposer le flexible (A) du raccord (C) et le flexible (B) du coude à 90° (D).

3. Déposer le raccord (C) de l’orifice A2 du distributeur principal et le coude à 90° (D) de l’orifice B2 du distributeur principal.

4. Sur le châssis arrière, déposer les boulons (G), les rondelles (H) et les écrous (L) pour séparer les colliers (E).

5. Desserrer les boulons (M) pour déplacer les plaques (F) et faciliter la dépose du flexible (A) et du flexible (B) (voir aussi la Figure 1) des colliers (E).

6. Sur le châssis avant, déposer le flexible (A) et le flexible (B) des raccords (N).

9. Serrer les raccords (10), le raccord (8), et le coude à 90° (3) au couple de 89 N·m (66 lb ft).

10. Ajuster le coude à 90° (3), comme illustré dans la Figure 6.

17. Installer le raccord en T (11) sur l'orifice B2 du distributeur principal. Serrer à 100 N·m (74 lb ft). Régler comme illustré dans la Figure 11.

1. Ouvrir le capot de cabine pour accéder au connecteur de diagnostic (voir la flèche dans la Figure 2). Déposer le bouchon et brancher l'outil EST (AA) sur le connecteur de diagnostic.

5. Sur le tableau de bord, le témoin vert (AB) clignotera.

6. Relever le bras de relevage près du haut de sa course.

7. Baisser complètement le godet. Répéter cette opération à deux ou trois reprises pour permettre la charge de l'accumulateur anti-tangage.

8. Abaisser le bras de relevage et ramener le godet en position de transport.

9. Accélérer jusqu’à une vitesse minimum de 4.0 km/h (2.5 mph). À cette vitesse, le bras de relevage doit se soulever de manière visible.

10. Sur le tableau de bord, vérifier que le témoin vert (AB) (voir Figure 2) s’allume lorsque la machine roule à plus de 4.0 km/h (2.5 mph).

11. Décélérer la machine et vérifier que le témoin vert (AB) clignote lorsque la machine atteint une vitesse inférieure à 4.0 km/h (2.5 mph).

12. Couper le moteur 13. Vérifier la présence de fuites d'huile. En cas de fuites, effectuer les réparations nécessaires. S'assurer que le niveau d'huile du réservoir hydraulique est correct.

6. Schalten Sie die Batterie mit dem Batterieschlüssel aus, falls eingebaut.

7. Warten Sie, bis alle Bewegungen der Maschine zum Stillstand gekommen sind.

3 - ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN###_1_### Grundlegende Anweisungen LESEN SIE VOR DER MONTAGE DIE VOLLSTÄNDIGEN ANWEISUNGEN!

• Die verwendeten Angaben „rechts“ und „links“ beziehen sich, von hinten betrachtet, auf die Fahrtrichtung der Maschine während des Betriebs.

• Informationen zum Zugriff auf die verschiedenen Komponenten finden Sie im Betriebshandbuch der Maschine.

• Referenzbezeichnungen: - Die Referenznummern (Beispiel: (1)) beziehen sich auf die Positionsnummer (1) in der Stückliste des Montagesatzes.

- Der Referenzbuchstabe (Beispiel: (A)) bezieht sich auf die Komponente an der Einheit und nicht auf die Komponente in der Stückliste des Montagesatzes.

• Verwenden Sie ANTIFRET zur Minimierung von Passungskorrosion zwischen zwei Metallflächen. Passungskorrosion wird durch sehr leichte Schwingungen oder Vibrationen verursacht. Dies kann zu schweren Schäden in den Lagern und anderen Teilen der Maschine führen und kann die Demontage fast unmöglich machen.

• Ziehen Sie immer die Befestigungsteile fest, wenn nicht ausdrücklich im Arbeitsschritt festgelegt ist, dass diese nicht festgezogen werden sollen.

• Ziehen Sie die Befestigungsteile mit dem Standardanzugsmoment fest, sofern nicht anders angegeben.

• Für die Gewindebohrungen müssen unbedingt die angegebenen Befestigungsteile verwendet werden. Montieren Sie eine metrische Schraube in ein metrisches Gewinde oder eine Zollschraube in ein Zollgewinde. Andernfalls werden die Gewinde beschädigt!

• Montieren Sie über allen Langlöchern flache Unterlegscheiben, sofern keine Flachkopf- oder Schlossschrauben verwendet werden. Montieren Sie an allen Schrauben Sicherungsscheiben, wenn keine Kontermutter oder Sicherungsmutter angegeben ist.

• Montieren Sie, soweit dies angegeben worden ist, speziell gehärtete Unterlegscheiben.

4 - VORMONTAGE

4 - VORMONTAGE VORBEREITUNG ZUR MONTAGE

Vorbereitung 1. Die Maschine auf ebenem Boden abstellen und die Ladeschaufel auf den Boden absenken.

2. Stellen Sie den Motor ab und betätigen Sie die Feststellbremse.

3. Warten Sie 5 s. Stellen Sie dann den Zündschlüssel in die Position EIN. 4. Schieben Sie den Rollenschalter am Joystick (mindestens dreimal vor und zurück), um den Druck der Zusatzdruckleitung abzubauen.

5. Bringen Sie den Schnellkupplungsschalter in die Position AUS. Die Leuchte im ON-Schalter sollte nicht eingeschaltet sein.

6. Bewegen Sie den Joystick in beide Richtungen (mindestens 20 Mal), um den Druck des Vorsteuerdruckspeichers abzubauen.

7. Stellen Sie den Zündschlüssel auf „OFF“.

8. Den Hauptschalter in Stellung OFF (AUS) drehen.

Schwingungsdämpfung Ausbau der Hydraulikleitung des Auslegers 1. Am Hauptsteuerventil den Schlauch (A) (markiert mit grauem Kabelbinder, siehe Pfeil) und den Schlauch (B) (markiert mit braunem Kabelbinder, siehe Pfeil) ausmachen.

2. Entfernen Sie den Schlauch (A) von der Verschraubung (C) und den Schlauch (B) vom 90°-Winkelstück (D).

3. Entfernen Sie die Verschraubung (C) von Anschluss A2 des Hauptsteuerventils und das 90°-Winkelstück (D) von Anschluss B2 des Hauptsteuerventils.

4. Entfernen Sie am hinteren Rahmen die Schrauben (G), die Unterlegscheiben (H) und die Muttern (L), um die Klemmen (E) zu trennen.

5. Lösen Sie die Schrauben (M), um die Platten (F) zu bewegen und die Entfernung des Schlauchs (A) und des Schlauchs (B) (siehe auch Abbildung 1) von den Klemmen (E) zu erleichtern.

13. Montieren Sie die Halterung (1) am hinteren Rahmen.

Verwenden Sie die Schrauben (7), die Unterlegscheiben (6) und die Muttern (P).

14. Montieren Sie die Schwingungsdämpfungsventilbaugruppe (2) an der Halterung (1). Verwenden Sie die Schraube (5) und die Unterlegscheibe (4).

15. Montieren Sie die T-Verschraubung (11) am Anschluss A2 des Hauptsteuerventils.

16. Montieren Sie das 90°-Winkelstück (12) am T-Stück (11). Ziehen Sie die Komponenten mit einem Anzugsmoment von 100 N·m (74 lb ft) fest. Stellen Sie alles wie in der Abbildung 12 gezeigt ein.

17. Montieren Sie die T-Verschraubung (11) am Anschluss B2 des Hauptsteuerventils.

Ziehen Sie die Komponenten mit einem Anzugsmoment von 100 N·m (74 lb ft) fest. Stellen Sie alles wie in der Abbildung 11 gezeigt ein.

Montieren Sie den Schlauch ( T Schwingungsdämpfung) (17) an der Verschraubung (Q). Ziehen Sie die Komponenten mit einem Anzugsmoment von 65 N·m (48 lb ft) fest.

Stellen Sie alles wie in der Abbildung 17 gezeigt ein.

26. Stellen Sie den Schlauch ( A2 Hauptventil) (15), den Schlauch ( B2 Schwingungsdämpfung) (14) und den Schlauch ( A2 Schwingungsdämpfung) (13) wie in Abbildung 20 gezeigt ein.

27. Stellen Sie den Schlauch ( B2 Hauptventil) (16) wie in der Abbildung 21 dargestellt ein.

28. Verlegen Sie den Schlauch ( A2 Hauptventil) (15) und den Schlauch ( B2 Hauptventil) (16) zwischen den Klemmen (E) an den entsprechenden Stellen (siehe Abbildung 19).

HINWEIS: Richten Sie die Markierung (siehe Pfeil) an Schlauch (15) und Schlauch (16) an den Klemmen (E) aus.

29. Montieren Sie wieder die Schrauben (G), die Unterlegscheiben (H) und die Muttern (L) zur Befestigung der Schläuche zwischen den Klemmen (E).

HINWEIS: Achten Sie darauf, die Markierungen an allen Schläuchen (siehe Pfeil) an den Klemmen (E) auszurichten.

30. Ziehen Sie die Schrauben (M) zur Fixierung der Platten (F) fest.

31. Führen Sie den Schlauch ( A2 Hauptventil) (15) und den Schlauch ( B2 Hauptventil) (16) zum Frontrahmen.

32. Montieren Sie den Schlauch ( A2 Hauptventil) (15) und den Schlauch ( B2 Hauptventil) (16) an den Verschraubungen (N). Ziehen Sie die Komponenten mit einem Anzugsmoment von 100 N·m (74 lb ft) fest.

Montage elektrischer Komponenten 34. Suchen Sie an der linken Seite des hinteren Rahmens den Steckverbinder X-090A (S) und den Steckverbinder X-090B (R) des Rahmenkabelbaums (T).

35. Entfernen Sie die Stopfen und schließen Sie den Steckverbinder X-090A (S) und den Steckverbinder X-090B (R) an den Magnetventilen für Schwingungsdämpfung wie in Abbildung 27 angezeigt an.

36. Befestigen Sie das Kabel des Steckverbinders (R) am Schlauch (13). Verwenden Sie den Kabelbinder (19).

37. Befestigen Sie das Kabel des Steckverbinders (S) am Schlauch (14). Verwenden Sie den Kabelbinder (19).

38. Sichern Sie den Kabelbaum (T) an den Schmierleitungen. Verwenden Sie die Kabelbinder (19).

Maschinenkonfiguration HINWEIS: Aktualisieren Sie die werkseitige Software über das elektronische Servicewerkzeug ( EST) auf die neueste für die Maschinenkonfiguration geeignete Version. Führen Sie anschließend die folgenden Schritte für die Konfiguration aus.

1. Öffnen Sie die Kabinenhaube, um auf den Diagnosesteckverbinder zuzugreifen (siehe Pfeil in Abbildung 2).

Entfernen Sie den Stopfen und schließen Sie das elektronische Servicewerkzeug EST (AA) am Diagnoseausgang an.

HINWEIS: Mit dem Schlüssel in der Stellung AUS, sind alle Leuchten auf dem EST ausgeschaltet.

Schwingungsdämpfung überprüfen 1. Befüllen Sie den Hydraulikölbehälter. Zu den technischen Daten siehe Betriebsanleitung.

2. Den Hauptschalter in Stellung ON („EIN“) schalten.

3. Starten Sie den Motor.

4. Drücken Sie den Wippschalter (18) an der rechten Konsole, um die Schwingungsdämpfungsfunktion zu aktivieren.

5. Die grüne Kontrollleuchte (AB) auf dem Kombiinstrument blinkt.

6. Heben Sie den Hubarm fast bis zum oberen Anschlag an.

7. Kippen Sie den Löffel schnell aus. Wiederholen Sie diesen Schritt zwei oder dreimal, damit der Druckspeicher der Schwingungsdämpfung lädt.

8. Den Hubarm absenken und die Schaufel in die Transportstellung zurückstellen.

9. Beschleunigen Sie die Maschine bis auf eine Mindestgeschwindigkeit von 4.0 km/h (2.5 mph). Bei dieser Geschwindigkeit sollte sich der Hubarm sichtbar anheben.

10. Prüfen Sie, ob die grüne Kontrollleuchte (AB) auf dem Kombiinstrument leuchtet (siehe Abbildung 2), während die Maschine schneller als 4.0 km/h (2.5 mph) fährt.

11. Bremsen Sie die Maschine, und prüfen Sie, ob die Kontrollleuchte (AB) blinkt, wenn die Maschine eine Geschwindigkeit von weniger als 4.0 km/h (2.5 mph) erreicht.

12. Halten Sie die Maschine an.

13. Prüfen Sie auf Öllecks. Im Falle von Leckagen gegebenenfalls reparieren. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Ölstand des Hydraulikbehälters korrekt ist.

• Utilizzare ANTIFRET per ridurre la corrosione per attrito tra due superfici metalliche. La corrosione per attrito è causata da vibrazioni o oscillazioni molto leggere. Ciò può causare seri danni ai cuscinetti e ad altre parti della macchina e può rendere quasi impossibile lo smontaggio.

• serrare sempre la bulloneria a meno che non venga espressamente indicato di non serrare durante quella specifica operazione.

• serrare la bulloneria alle specifiche di coppia standard, se non diversamente indicato.

• Assicurarsi di utilizzare la bulloneria specificata nei fori maschiati. Montare un bullone metrico in una filettatura metrica oppure un bullone imperiale in una filettatura imperiale, altrimenti vengono danneggiate le filettature!

• montare rondelle piatte su tutte le asole a meno che non si utilizzino bulloni a testa tonda. Montare una rondella di sicurezza su tutti i bulloni a meno che non venga specificato un controdado o dado normale.

• montare speciali rondelle temprate dove specificato.

4 - PRE-ASSEMBLAGGIO OPERAZIONI PRELIMINARI PER IL MONTAGGIO

Preparazione 1. Parcheggiare la macchina su una superficie piana e abbassare la benna a terra.

2. Arrestare il motore ed inserire il freno di stazionamento.

3. Attendere 5 s. Quindi, ruotare la chiave di avviamento in posizione ON. 4. Sul joystick, far scorrere l'interruttore a rullo (avanti e indietro, almeno tre volte) per scaricare la pressione di linea ausiliaria.

5. Portare su OFF l'interruttore di attacco rapido. La spia di accensione dell'interruttore non deve essere accesa.

6. Muovere il joystick in entrambe le direzioni (almeno 20 volte) per scaricare la pressione dell'accumulatore del comando pilota.

7. Portare la chiave di avviamento in posizione OFF. 8. Portare l'interruttore staccabatteria in posizione OFF. 9. Allentare il tappo di rifornimento del serbatoio idraulico per scaricare la pressione nell'impianto idraulico.

10. Collocare un contenitore adatto sotto il tappo di scarico del serbatoio idraulico. Smontare il tappo e scaricare l'olio dal serbatoio idraulico.

Comando antibeccheggio Rimozione della linea idraulica del braccio 1. Sulla distributore principale, individuare il tubo flessibile (A) (contrassegnato con nodo grigio, vedere la freccia) e il tubo flessibile (B) (contrassegnato con nodo marrone, vedere la freccia).

2. Rimuovere il tubo flessibile (A) dal raccordo (C) e il tubo flessibile (B) dal gomito a 90° (D).

3. Rimuovere il raccordo (C) dall'attacco A2 del distributore principale e dal raccordo a 90° (D) dall'attacco B2 del distributore principale.

4. Sul telaio posteriore, rimuovere i bulloni (G), le rondelle (H) e i dadi (L) per separare le fascette (E).

5. Allentare i bulloni (M) per spostare le piastre (F) e facilitare la rimozione del tubo flessibile (A) e del tubo flessibile (B) (vedere anche figura 1) dalle fascette (E).

6. Sul telaio anteriore, rimuovere il tubo flessibile (A) e il tubo flessibile (B) dai raccordi (N).

7. Staccare il flessibile (A) e il flessibile (B) dalla macchina.

9. Serrare i raccordi a T (10), il raccordo (8), e il gomito a 90° (3) a 89 N·m (66 lb ft).

10. Regolare il gomito a 90° (3) come illustrato nella figura 6.

14. Montare il complessivo distributore antibeccheggio (2) sulla staffa (1). Utilizzare il bullone (5) e la rondella (4).

17. Montare il raccordo a T (11) sulla luce B2 del distributore principale. Serrare a 100 N·m (74 lb ft). Regolare come mostrato in figura 11.

Montaggio tubazione comando assetto 18. Sul complessivo valvola di comando assetto, installare il tubo flessibile (comando assetto A2) (13) e il tubo flessibile (comando assetto B2) (14) sui raccordi (10). Serrare a 100 N·m (74 lb ft). Regolare come mostrato in figura 14.

19. Montare il tubo flessibile (comando assetto T) (17) sul gomito a 90° (3). Serrare a 65 N·m (48 lb ft). Regolare come mostrato in figura 15.

NOTA: Allineare il segno (vedere la freccia) sul tubo flessibile (15) e il tubo flessibile (16) alle fascette (E).

29. Reinstallare i bulloni (G), le rondelle (H) e i dadi (L) per fissare i tubi flessibili tra le fascette (E).

NOTA: Fare attenzione ad allineare i segni su tutti i tubi flessibili (vedere la freccia) con le fascette (E).

30. Serrare i bulloni (M) per fissare le piastre (F).

1. Aprire il cofano cabina per accedere al connettore diagnostico (vedere la freccia in figura 2). Rimuovere il tappo e collegare l’ EST (AA) al connettore diagnostico.

4. Sulla console di destra, premere l'interruttore a bilanciere (18) per attivare la funzione antibeccheggio.

5. Sul quadro strumenti, la spia verde (AB) lampeggerà.

6. Sollevare il braccio di sollevamento vicino alla parte superiore della corsa.

7. Scaricare rapidamente la benna. Ripetere questo passaggio due o tre volte per consentire la ricarica dell'accumulatore della funzione antibeccheggio.

8. Abbassare il braccio di sollevamento e richiamare la benna in posizione di carico.

9. Accelerare la macchina a un minimo di 4.0 km/h (2.5 mph). A questa velocità, il braccio di sollevamento dovrebbe sollevarsi visibilmente.

10. Sul quadro strumenti, verificare che la spia verde (AB) (vedere Figura 2) sia illuminata mentre la macchina è a una velocità maggiore di 4.0 km/h (2.5 mph).

11. Ridurre la velocità della macchina e controllare che la spia verde (AB) lampeggi quando la macchina raggiunge una velocità inferiore a 4.0 km/h (2.5 mph).

12. Arrestare la macchina.

13. Verificare l'eventuale presenza di perdite d'olio. In caso di perdite, riparare secondo necessità. Assicurarsi che il serbatoio idraulico sia corretto.

3 - INFORMACIÓN GENERAL###_1_### Instrucciones básicas LEA LAS INSTRUCCIONES COMPLETAMENTE ANTES DE INICIAR LA INSTALACIÓN.

• Las indicaciones "izquierda" y "derecha" se determinan desde la parte posterior, en la dirección de desplazamiento de la máquina durante el funcionamiento.

• Para acceder a los diferentes componentes, consulte el manual del operario de la máquina.

• Referencias: - Las referencias numéricas (ejemplo: (1)) se refieren al elemento (1) de la lista de contenido del kit.

- Las referencias de letras (ejemplo: (A)) se refieren al componente de la unidad, no a un elemento de la lista de contenido del kit.

• Utilice ANTIFRET para minimizar la corrosión derivada de la fricción de dos superficies metálicas. La corrosión por fricción se debe a vibraciones u oscilaciones muy leves. Esto puede dar lugar a daños muy graves en los cojinetes y otras piezas de la máquina, y puede llegar a casi imposibilitar el desmontaje.

• Apriete siempre la tornillería salvo que se indique lo contrario en el paso concreto.

• Apriete la tornillería al par estándar salvo que se indique lo contrario.

• Asegúrese de que utiliza la tornillería indicada para los orificios roscados. Instale un perno métrico en una rosca métrica o un perno de pulgada en una rosca de pulgada; de lo contrario, dañará las roscas.

• Instale arandelas planas en los orificios con ranuras, a menos que se utilicen pernos con cabeza de refuerzo o alomados. Instale una arandela de bloqueo en todos los pernos, a menos que se especifique una contratuerca.

• Instale arandelas endurecidas especiales donde se especifique.

4 - PREENSAMBLADO PREPARACIÓN PARA MONTAJE

Preparación 1. Estacione la máquina en una superficie nivelada y baje la cuchara de la cargadora al suelo.

2. Pare el motor y aplique el freno de estacionamiento.

3. Espere 5 s. A continuación, gire la llave de contacto a la posición de encendido.

4. En el joystick, deslice el interruptor rodante (hacia adelante y atrás, al menos tres veces) para descargar la presión del conducto auxiliar.

5. Presione el interruptor del acoplador rápido a la posición de desconexión. La luz de conexión del interruptor no debe estar encendida.

6. Mueva el joystick en ambas direcciones (al menos 20 veces) para descargar la presión del acumulador de control de pilotaje.

7. Gire la llave de contacto a la posición de apagado.

8. Gire el interruptor de desconexión principal a la posición OFF (apagado).

9. Afloje la tapa de llenado del depósito hidráulico para descargar la presión en el sistema hidráulico.

Control de avance Desmontaje del conducto hidráulico de la pluma 1. En la válvula de control principal, localice la manguera (A) (marcada con una brida gris, vea la flecha) y la manguera (B) (marcada con una brida marrón, vea la flecha).

2. Retire la manguera (A) del racor (C) y la manguera (B) del codo a 90° (D).

3. Retire el racor (C) del puerto A2 de la válvula de control principal y el codo a 90° (D) del puerto B2 de la válvula de control principal.

4. En el bastidor trasero, retire los pernos (G), las arandelas (H) y las tuercas (L) para separar las abrazaderas (E).

5. Afloje los pernos (M) para mover las placas (F) y facilitar el desmontaje de la manguera (A) y la manguera (B) (vea también la figura 1) de las abrazaderas (E).

6. En el bastidor delantero, retire la manguera (A) y la manguera (B) de los racores (N).

NOTA: • Vea la figura 3 para la configuración sin válvulas anticaída.

7. Retire la manguera (A) y la manguera (B) de la máquina.

Montaje de la válvula de control de marcha 8. En la válvula de control de avance (2), instale los siguientes racores y el codo a 90°: • Puerto P1 – racor (10) • Puerto P2 – racor (10) • Puerto ACC – racor (8) • Puerto T – codo a 90° (3).

9. Apriete los racores (10), el racor (8) y el codo a 90° (3) a 89 N·m (66 lb ft).

10. Ajuste el codo a 90° (3) como se indica en la figura 6.

11. Instale el acumulador (9) en el racor (8). Apriete a 136 N·m (100 lb ft).

Instalación de la válvula de control de marcha 12. En el lado izquierdo del bastidor trasero, bajo el cilindro de dirección, localice las cuatro tuercas soldadas (P).

13. Instale el soporte (1) en el bastidor trasero. Utilice los pernos (7), las arandelas (6) y las tuercas (P).

14. Instale el conjunto de la válvula de control de marcha (2) en el soporte (1). Utilice el perno (5) y la arandela (4).

15. Instale el racor en T (11) en el puerto A2 de la válvula de control principal. Apriete a 100 N·m (74 lb ft).

Ajuste como se muestra en la figura 11.

16. Instale el codo a 90° (12) en el racor en T (11). Apriete a 100 N·m (74 lb ft). Ajuste como se muestra en la figura 12.

17. Instale el racor en T (11) en el puerto B2 de la válvula de control principal. Apriete a 100 N·m (74 lb ft).

Ajuste como se muestra en la figura 11.

Instalación del conducto de control de marcha 18. En el conjunto de la válvula de control de marcha, instale la manguera (control de marcha A2) (13) y la manguera (control de marcha B2) (14) en los racores (10). Apriete a 100 N·m (74 lb ft). Ajuste como se muestra en la figura 14.

19. Instale la manguera (control de marcha T) (17) en el codo a 90° (3). Apriete a 65 N·m (48 lb ft). Ajuste como se muestra en la figura 15.

20. En el depósito hidráulico, retire la tapa del racor (Q).

Pase la manguera (control de marcha T) (17) hacia el depósito hidráulico. Instale la manguera (control de marcha T) (17) en el racor (Q). Apriete a 65 N·m (48 lb ft). Ajuste como se muestra en la figura 17.

21. Pase la manguera (control de marcha A2) (13) y la manguera (control de marcha B2) (14) hacia la válvula de control principal.

22. Instale la manguera (control de marcha A2) (13) en el codo a 90° (12). Apriete a 100 N·m (74 lb ft).

23. Instale la manguera (control de marcha B2) (14) en el racor en T (11). Apriete a 100 N·m (74 lb ft).

25. Instale la manguera (válvula principal B2) (16) en el racor en T (11). Apriete a 100 N·m (74 lb ft).

26. Ajuste la manguera (válvula principal A2) (15), la manguera (control de marcha B2) (14) y la manguera (control de marcha A2) (13) como se muestra en la figura 20.

27. Ajuste la manguera (válvula principal B2) (16) como se indica en la figura 21.

28. Pase la manguera (válvula principal A2) (15) y la manguera (válvula principal B2) (16) entre las abrazaderas (E) en las ubicaciones apropiadas (vea la figura 19).

NOTA: Alinee la marca (vea la flecha) en la manguera (15) y la manguera (16) a las abrazaderas (E).

29. Vuelva a instalar los pernos (G), las arandelas (H) y las tuercas (L) para fijar las mangueras entre las abrazaderas (E).

NOTA: Preste atención para alinear las marcas en todas las mangueras (vea la flecha) a las abrazaderas (E).

30. Apriete los pernos (M) para fijar las placas (F).

31. Pase la manguera (válvula principal A2) (15) y la manguera (válvula principal B2) (16) hacia el bastidor delantero.

32. Instale la manguera (válvula principal A2) (15) y la manguera (válvula principal B2) (16) en los racores (N). Apriete a 100 N·m (74 lb ft).

NOTA: • Vea las figuras 23, 24 para la configuración sin válvulas anticaída.

Instalación de los componentes eléctricos 34. En el lado izquierdo del bastidor trasero, localice el conector X-090A (S) y el conector X-090B (R) del mazo de cables del bastidor (T).

35. Retire los tapones y conecte el conector X-090A (S) y el conector X-090B (R) a las electroválvulas de control de la marcha como se muestra en la figura 27.

36. Fije el cable del conector (R) a la manguera (13). Use la brida de cable (19).

37. Fije el cable del conector (S) a la manguera (14). Use la brida de cable (19).

38. Fije el mazo de cables (T) a los conductos de engrase.

39. Dentro de la cabina, en la consola derecha, retire el panel de interruptores (U).

42. Conecte el conector X-032 (X) al interruptor basculante (18).

43. Vuelva a instalar el panel de interruptores (U).

Colocación de etiquetas 44. En el cilindro de inclinación, limpie la zona para la colocación de etiquetas. Aplique la etiqueta (20) a una distancia W = 40 mm (1.6 in) desde el extremo del cilindro de inclinación.

Configuración de la máquina NOTA: Actualice el software de fábrica mediante la herramienta de mantenimiento electrónico ( EST) a la última versión adecuada para la configuración de la máquina. A continuación, realice los siguientes pasos para la configuración.

1. Abra el capó de la cabina para acceder al conector de diagnóstico (vea la flecha en la figura 2). Extraiga el tapón y conecte la EST (AA) en el conector de diagnóstico.

NOTA: Con la llave apagada, todas las luces de la EST están apagadas.

Prueba del control de conducción 1. Llene el depósito de aceite hidráulico. Consulte las especificaciones en el manual del operador.

2. Gire el interruptor de desconexión principal a la posición ON (encendido).

3. Arranque el motor.

4. En la consola derecha, pulse el interruptor basculante (18) para activar la función de control de la marcha.

5. En el panel de instrumentos, parpadeará el testigo verde (AB).

6. Levante el brazo de elevación casi hasta el final de su recorrido.

7. Descargue rápidamente la cuchara. Repita este paso dos o tres veces para cargar el acumulador de control de la marcha.

8. Baje el brazo de elevación y vuelva a colocar la cuchara en la posición de transporte.

9. Acelere la máquina a un mínimo de 4.0 km/h (2.5 mph). A esta velocidad, se debería elevar visiblemente el brazo de elevación.

10. En el panel de instrumentos, compruebe que el testigo verde (AB) (vea la figura 2) está iluminado cuando la máquina se desplaza a una velocidad superior a 4.0 km/h (2.5 mph).

11. Desacelere la máquina y compruebe que el testigo verde (AB) parpadea cuando la máquina alcanza una velocidad inferior a 4.0 km/h (2.5 mph).

12. Detenga la máquina.

13. Inspeccione en busca de fugas de aceite. En caso de encontrar alguna fuga, repárela. Compruebe que el nivel de aceite del depósito hidráulico es correcto.
