8.1.5 Setting the lock mechanism Do not let the lock mechanism close, adjust the cast bearing (3) on the maize header.

Always support the raised front attachment securely before working under it or on it – danger of injury. – see Safety support, page 10. 3
Only work on the front attachment with the drive and engine switched off.

– Stop engine. – Remove the ignition key! – Switch off the battery master switch! To set the lock mechanism:
• Slacken bolts (2), • Slide the cast bearing (3) in the slots as required, • Retighten bolts (2). (Fig. 7)
