Anbauanleitung Einleitung Diese Anleitung beschreibt die Installation der Funktion "Load Sensing" für die Pressen Rollant 255 Uniwrap.

Die Sicherheitshinweise in der Betriebsanleitung sind unbedingt zu befolgen.

Sicherheitshinweise Hinweis Diese Anleitung muss zur Verhütung von Unfällen von sämtlichen Benutzern der Maschine und ihrem Zubehör sowie von den für Wartung, Unterhalt oder Kontrolle zuständigen Personen durchgelesen werden. Beachten Sie bitte besonders den Abschnitt über Sicherheitshinweise in Ihrer Betriebsanleitung und die Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften zu Unfallverhütung in Ihrem Wohnland.

Vor Arbeitsbeginn ist darauf zu achten, dass alle benötigten Geräte und Zubehörteile vorhanden sind. Übereinstimmung zwischen vorhandenem Maschinentyp/Zubehör, der Liste in Abschnitt "Lieferumfang" und dem Set der gelieferten Teile überprüfen.

Die detaillierte Beschreibung der Teile, z. B. der 6kt-Schrauben, findet man in der Liste "Lieferumfang". In dieser Liste wird jeder einzelne Anbauteil mit einer Positionsnummer angegeben (Pos. Nr.). Teile wie Muttern und Contact-Scheiben sind nicht mit einer Positionsnummer gekennzeichnet. Diese Teile gehören zur Positionsnummer der Schraube, mit der sie zusammen montiert werden. Weitere Angaben zu diesen Teilen sind die Ersatzstücknummer, die Bezeichnung, Maße, DIN und die gelieferte Anzahl.

Zur besseren Unterscheidung sind in der Montageanleitung die bereits vorhandenen Teile mit Buchstaben bezeichnet, die neuen Teile hingegen mit Ziffern (Positionsnummern).

Bildbeschreibungen und Abbildungen sind so allgemein wie möglich gehalten.

Typen-Unterschiede sind in den Beschreibungen besonders vermerkt.

Angaben zu technischen Daten, Maßen und Gewicht sind unverbindlich. Irrtümer und technische Änderungen im Rahmen der technischen Weiterentwicklung vorbehalten.

Die Begriffe vorn, hinten, rechts und links beziehen sich immer auf die Fahrtrichtung der Maschine.

Allgemeine Sicherheits- und Unfallverhütungsvorschriften 1. Beachten Sie zusätzlich zu den Hinweisen in dieser Betriebsanleitung die allgemein gültigen Sicherheits- und Unfallverhütungsvorschriften.

2. Bei Arbeiten mit der Presse immer eng anliegende Bekleidung benutzen. Locker getragene Kleidungsstücke vermeiden!

3. Zur Vermeidung von Brandgefahr Maschine immer sauber halten!

Abstellen der Maschine 1. Die Maschine mit Unterlegkeilen gegen Wegrollen sichern.

2. Den Motor des Traktors ausschalten, Zündschlüssel abziehen und die Kabine abschließen.

3. Traktor bei laufendem Motor niemals unbeaufsichtigt lassen!

Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung Die Verwendung von Ersatzteilen, Zubehör und Zusatzgeräten, die nicht original von CLAAS stammen und nicht von CLAAS geprüft und freigegeben sind, kann konstruktiv vorgegebene Eigenschaften der CLAAS-Maschine oder seine Funktionstüchtigkeit negativ verändern und dadurch die aktive und/oder passive Fahrsicherheit sowie Arbeitssicherheit (Unfallschutz) beeinträchtigen.

Für Schäden, die insoweit durch die Verwendung von Nicht-CLAAS-Original-Teilen, -Zubehör und -Zusatzgeräten entstehen, ist jedwede Haftung von CLAAS ausgeschlossen.

Die Presse kann an jeden Traktor angeschlossen werden, der mit einem herkömmlichen hydraulischen System ausgestattet ist.

Traktor mit Hydrauliksystem mit konstanter Förderleistung oder Load Sensing-System ohne "Power-Beyond".

☞ Sicherstellen, dass der Claas

Communicator ausgeschaltet ist, bevor der Motor des Traktors gerstarten wird.

☞ Sicherstellen, dass der Claas

Communicator ausgeschaltet ist, bevor der Hydraulikkreislauf unter Druck gesetzt wird.

☞ Darauf achten, den Claas Communicator einzuschalten, sobald der Motor des Traktors angelassen wurde und der Hydraulikkreislauf unter Druck steht.

– Die Kupplung (P) an ein Steuerventil des Traktors anschliessen.

– Die Schraube (V) des Hydraulik-Steuerblocks bis zum Anschlag abschrauben, um den Druckausgleich der Presse zu aktivieren.

– Die Kupplung (T) anschliessen: – an den "drucklosen" Einschraubstutzen (direkter Rücklauf zum Tank), wenn der Traktor dies ermöglicht (die Schmierung des Getriebe ist gewährleistet).

– an den doppelwirkenden Rücklauf des Steuerventils des Traktors.

Beachten!

Verfügt der Traktor über ein Steuerventil mit einstellbarer Förderleistung, die Leistung auf 35 bis 50 l/min einstellen.

Ist der Traktor nicht mit einem Steuerventil mit einstellbarer Förderleistung versehen, sicherstellen, dass die Förderleistung 50 l/min nicht überschreitet.

Beachten!

Die Load-Sensing-Schlauchleitung (LS, Signal der Betriebshydraulik) wird für diese Anschlussvariante nicht verwendet.

General safety regulations and instructions for the avoidance of accidents 1. Besides the information in this manual you should also observe the general safety regulations and the instructions for the avoidance of accidents.

2. The mechanical engineer must wear tightly fitting clothes. Avoid wearing loose clothes!

3. Prevent fire hazards by keeping the machine clean!

Leaving the machine 1. When leaving the machine secure it against rolling away.

2. Shut down the tractor engine, remove the ignition key and lock the cabin if necessary.

3. Do not leave the machine unattended as long as the tractor engine is running!

Intended use The use of spare parts, accessories and ancillary equipment which have neither originally been manufactured by CLAAS nor been tested and approved by CLAAS can change the specified design characteristics of the CLAAS machine or can detract from its functional performance, with a possible adverse effect on the active and / or passive operational safety of the machine and its occupational safety standards (accident prevention).

Consignes de sécurité Important Cette notice doit être lue par toutes les personnes qui utilisent la machine/l'accessoire, qui s'occupent de la maintenance, de l'entretien ou du contrôle, afin d'éviter les accidents. Avant de commencer les travaux, s'assurer que tous les outils et accessoires nécessaires sont préparés. Effectuer une comparaison entre le type de machine/d'accessoire existant, la liste figurant dans la section "Lot de pièces" et le kit de pièces fourni.

La spécification des pièces, par exemple des vis, figure dans la liste "Lot de pièces". Dans cette liste, chaque élément à monter est identifié par un numéro de position (no pos.). Les pièces telles que les écrous et les rondelles Contact ne sont pas identifiés par un numéro de position.

Ces éléments font partie du numéro de position de la vis avec laquelle ils doivent être montés.

D'autres indications données pour ces éléments sont le no de pièce de rechange, la désignation, les dimensions, la DIN et le nombre fourni.

Dans les instructions de montage, les pièces existantes sont identifiées par des lettres et les nouvelles pièces par des chiffres (numéros de position) afin de permettre une meilleure orientation.

Les textes et les illustrations sont neutres dans la mesure du possible. Les différences entre les différents types sont signalées par des notes dans le texte.
