OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS RH 40 E Operation The refuelling system consists of an electrical pump,filling hose, switch box (2, Fig. 2-21:) and key-switch (3).
Service Station (optional equipment) Refilling and draining For filling in or for draining fluids, unscrew the cap of the corresponding express coupling (Fig. 2-22:). Attach express coupling of filling hose from the service vehicle to the corresponding express coupling at the service station. Fill in or drain off fuel. Take off filling hose and refit cap on the express coupling.

Check before refuelling that the earthing strap (4, Fig. 2-21:) is attached to the chassis. Sparking caused by static or electric charges may set fuel on fire. Fig. 2-22:
