BP95F201 Use an acceptable driver or press to force the bearing race for the new bearing in the overhaul kit all the way onto the primary shaft.

BP95F197 Use clean transmission oil to lubricate a new thrust washer from the overhaul kit. Install the thrust washer so that the side with the oil grooves is down.

BP95F202 Turn the primary shaft over. Lubricate the splines of the shaft and gear with clean transmission oil. Use a soft hammer or press to move the large gear into position. Install with the long side of the gear’s hub positioned up.

BP95F196 Put the bearing into position so that the snap ring groove on the outside diameter of the bearing is at the top.

BP95F198 Lubricate the splines of the small gear with clean transmission oil. Install the small gear with the long end of the gear’s hub facing down. BP95F203 Use an acceptable driver or press to force the bearing onto the primary shaft until the bearing makes contact with the thrust washer.
Install a new snap ring from the overhaul kit. BP95F194
