1.3 TIGHTENING TORQUE FOR MAJOR COMPONENTS

Differential case cover assembly

Axle case support (axle upper cover), center pin bracket (axle pivot pin)

Bevel case docking section, pivot pin holding bracket, steering angle limit bolt, lock nut

Steering cylinder and ball joint

Castle nut for tie rod, castle nut for steering cylinder support pin

*Tightening method of castle nut

1. Tighten the nut until the tightening torque is sharply increased, and tighten it further until the next pin hole is shown. Insert the split pin at this point.

2. Bend the split pin so that it does not come off.
