REAR AXLE - DISASSEMBLY, SERVICING AND ASSEMBLY

6.2 REAR DIFFERENTIAL DISASSEMBLY

1. Place safety jacks under the left and right sides of the rear axle case to support it.

2. Unscrew the bolt (1) fit between the hydraulic cylinder assembly and body (M10 bolt: 7 EA, M12 bolt: 3 EA).

4. Pull out the PTO drive shaft 2 (1) and remove the fork shaft stopper (2). Then, remove the differential lock fork pin (3), pull out the side spring pin and push the shaft (4) and differential lock fork (5) in the opposite direction to remove them. (If the oil seal is damaged, replace it with a new one.)
