HAMMAM EXPERIENCE
A true haven of peace, our Hammam transports you to the heart of an absolutely unrivaled experience for two long hours, through 6 stages. Your ritual begins with a calming foot bath and steam room, followed by relaxing moments in the “Infinity Room” which will allow you to completely clear your mind. You will then discover the benefits of a body scrub with Moroccan black soap which will leave your skin feeling like velvet.
After that, enjoy a soothing moment in the Hammam, as well as in the private plunge and floating pool while luxuriating in front of an open fire. Finally, after a break in the relaxation room, try a comforting massage which will top off your delightful experience.

The Palace Spa is open daily from 8.30 am until 8.00 pm.
CHILDRENS’ SPA ACCESS
We also warmly welcome our younger guests to enjoy the spa facilities during the following times, when under adult supervision: Indoor Pool: daily from 8.30 am to 8.00 pm Jacuzzi: daily from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm for children aged 4 to 14. Please note that children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the saunas, steam room, relaxation area or fitness area. Thank you for helping us ensure a safe and relaxing environment for all our guests. We also offer a lovely spa menu just for kids –perfect for their first taste of pampering!
DAY SPA
For external guests the Palace Spa is open daily from 8.30 am to 8.00 pm at CHF 120.- and by reservation only. With a treatment booking of 60 minutes, the entrance is free of charge.
RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
An early reservation is always recommended; please contact us at +41 33 748 58 90, hotel extension #890 or spa@palace.ch. We encourage you to arrive at least 30 min. before the beginning of your treatment. Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments less than 24 hours prior to the reserved appointment are subject to a 100% cancellation charge. Prices and treatments are subject to change.
LATE ARRIVAL
A late arrival will reduce the length of your treatment unless the schedule allows us to keep the next appointment on time.
HEALTH CONDITIONS
Please inform us of any health conditions when booking your treatment appointment (eg. high blood pressure, pregnancy, any heart conditions or allergies). You will also be required to sign a wellness form prior to your treatment relating prior to your treatment. For pregnant women under 3 months, some treatments are not appropriate.
WHAT TO WEAR
Bathrobes and slippers are available for external guests at the Spa reception. Hotel guests will find this equipment in their rooms. Bath towels are also available at the spa reception.
CHANGING ROOMS
Changing rooms are provided. Please note that we accept no liability for any items left behind.
HYGIENE
In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our treatment equipment is sterilised and sanitised after every service and treatment. Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the Spa.
ENVIRONMENT
In order to maintain harmony in the Palace Spa we kindly ask you to switch off your mobile phones in these areas and to respect all guests’ right to privacy and serenity (noise, mobile phones and electronic devices, etc.).
UTMOST RELAXATION
The steam bath or sauna is recommended prior to your Spa treatment as it will relax your body and make your experience even more enjoyable.
