TRAIN SMART, NOT HARD!

The Cellgym method activates the mitochondria, the powerhouse of the cell, by simulating mountain air with the help of a hypoxicator – all while you are lying down and feeling completely relaxed. Essentially, the IHHT therapy uses controlled withdrawal (hypoxia) and oversupply (hyperoxia) of oxygen to stimulate biochemical processes in the body for self-healing and regeneration. The natural production of the body‘s own coenzyme Q10, the key molecule for energy production in all cells, increases, and protection against oxidative stress improves.

Your Own Private Spa Experience awaits you at the Palace Spa. Book the Private Spa Suite with sauna, steam bath and lounge corner and feel like the world is only spinning around you. The large bathtub for two is the ideal place to relax in total privacy.

In addition, the private spa provides two treatment beds so that you can be pampered at the same time. The shower and changing room are exclusively for you. Enjoy this quiet time and chill out.
