The first planned gift in the Girl Scout Movement came from our founder, Juliette Gordon Low. After converting the carriage house of her home into the first Girl Scout national headquarters, she gifted the property to Girl Scouts in her will Become a member of the Juliette Gordon Low Society and carry on her legacy by making Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana a beneficiary of your estate plans.

We believe Girl Scouting is for every girl, regardless of her circumstances or her family’s financial situation. The purpose of the Girl Scouts Give patch program is to help you understand the importance of supporting your Girl Scout sisters through investments of your time, talent, and treasure

Annual Meeting a Success! Plus, 2024 Annual Report Now Available
Last month, nearly 400 members from across the council gathered to share ideas and discuss council business issues at the Foundry in Jeffersonville, Indiana. These important discussions from girls and adults help create the strategy for the future.
We also introduced our official 2024 Annual Report. This report shares our visions and strategies, financial information for 2024, and even highlights our Gold Award Girl Scouts and their amazing projects. Connect with other members at one of several upcoming State of the Council Listening Sessions. Our CEO and the Board Chair will travel across the council for these sessions Join as they guide participants through important updates and an open discussion where attendees can share their valuable perspectives.
The ideas and passions from council members are essential as we look ahead to focus on goals and plans. Attendees at these listening sessions will use their voice to help set our priorities for the future
The State of the Council Listening Sessions are all the same, so participants can select one event from the list of options.
Adult members and older girls are welcome to attend. We recommend that members pre-register but this is not a requirement to attend and share your thoughts for our shared mission
