For the Love of Blue Fundraising Campaign What is For the Love of Blue?

For the Love of Blue is an organized fundraising effort that encourages all employees to support the programs and initiatives at Georgia Southern that are most meaningful to them. Collectively, our contributions will continue to build a philanthropic foundation and fund support critical programs that will make a lasting impact on current and future generations of Georgia Southern students.

Why does Georgia Southern need faculty and staff support?

When employees participate in For the Love of Blue, Georgia Southern gains so much more than dollars toward our fundraising goal. A high participation rate sends a strong message that faculty and staff believe in the mission of Georgia Southern and are invested in the university’s success.

How much should I give?

Giving by employees is entirely voluntary. Every gift matters, regardless of size. Our ultimate goal for this campaign is a strong participation rate.

Can I specify where my contribution should go?

Absolutely! You can designate your gift to any area that’s important to you. A list of funds can be found at www.georgiasouthern.edu/FTLOB. How can I give?

Employees can give online via credit card, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Wallet, or payroll deduction at www.georgiasouthern.edu/FTLOB. Donors can designate their gift to any fund, and we welcome gifts of any amount.
