Our Activa Sales Representative will review your must-haves list with you and see what’s available to suit your new home needs. When you meet with our Sales Representatives be sure to bring the following to make the process as seamless as possible:
Our team will help you select a lot for your new dream home and will walk you through our home design options. If your must-have list includes a finished basement or an extra bedroom – now is your chance! When you pick your home design you will notice many of our floorplans include optional structural changes such as extra bedrooms, a finished basement, an upper-level laundry room, home office space and more. Many of our home designs also offer different elevations to choose from, so you can pick a style that reflects your unique taste.
• A government-issued photo ID • Proof of financing from an authorized lender or financial institution • If you’re being represented by a Realtor, please bring a Confirmation of Cooperation and a Representative Form • A $5000 deposit cheque
