Enhancing Workplace Safety with Origami

What is the Origami System?

Origami is an innovative risk management information system designed to simplify how we report, document, and analyze safety-related incidents. With its user-friendly interface, the Origami system allows our team members to report incidents in real-time, assign follow-up actions, and identify patterns that can help prevent future incidents This proactive approach will significantly improve our incident management processes

Your Role in Enhancing Safety

Safety is a collective effort, and every one of us plays an essential role If you witness or experience a vehicle or property accident, an injury, or a near miss, it’s crucial to report it to your Supervisor and Management as soon as possible, or within 24 hours. When reporting an incident, accident, or nearmiss please provide as much detail as you can, keeping in mind the six key questions:

1. Who is involved?

2 What happened?

3. Where did it occur?

4 When did it happen?

5. How did it happen?

6 Why did it happen?

Safety Tip Here

By answering these questions, you help us gather the necessary information to address the situation effectively and implement preventive measures.
