Message from the Base Commander As we head into the last weeks of the summer I hope you have been able to take advantage of the long, hot summer days to enjoy some time with your family and friends while exploring the Kingston area.

For those of you who have joined the CFB Kingston team this posting season, welcome. While normally I would look forward to meeting many of you at the Garrison Family Fun Fest, for now, that opportunity will have to be set aside in order to ensure the safety of our defence family. Nevertheless, you will find within this guide many other opportunities to make and strengthen connections with others through PSP supported events, activities, and clubs.

While some preventive health measures have been relaxed and we have been able to start returning to normal, this does not mean that the pandemic restrictions are over. I am proud of the flexibility and resilience you all have shown during what has been a very challenging time. The efforts of the entire defence team and their families have helped CFB Kingston to continue to provide support and services throughout this difficult period. Your efforts have allowed us to maintain our capabilities and remain on mission, while also keeping those we love safe and healthy.

Regardless of whether you are a new arrival or have been here for years, I hope that your time here is a high point in your career. The Kingston area provides a wealth of opportunities and experiences, and I hope you take time to enjoy them. Keep vigilant and stay safe!

Message du commandant de la base En cette fin d’été, j’espère que vous avez pu profiter des longues et chaudes journées pour passer du temps avec votre famille ainsi que vos amis et explorer la région de Kingston.

Je souhaite la bienvenue à toutes les personnes qui se sont jointes à l’équipe de la BFC Kingston pendant la saison des affectations. En temps normal, je me réjouirais de rencontrer bon nombre d’entre vous à la fête familiale de la Garnison, mais pour l’instant, cette occasion doit être mise de côté afin d’assurer la sécurité de notre famille de la Défense. Néanmoins, vous trouverez dans ce guide de nombreuses autres occasions de créer et de renforcer des liens avec d’autres personnes dans le cadre d’évènements, d’activités et de clubs organisés par les PSP. Même si certaines mesures sanitaires préventives ont été assouplies et que nous avons pu commencer à revenir à la normale, les restrictions liées à la pandémie ne sont pas pour autant terminées. Je suis fier de la souplesse et de la résilience dont vous avez tous fait preuve pendant ce qui a été une période très difficile.

Les efforts de toute l’Équipe de la Défense et de leurs familles ont permis à la BFC Kingston de continuer à fournir du soutien et des services tout au long de cette période difficile. Vos efforts nous ont permis de maintenir nos capacités et de poursuivre notre mission, de même que d’assurer la sécurité et la santé des personnes que nous aimons.

Que vous soyez un nouvel arrivant ou que vous soyez ici depuis des années, j’espère que votre séjour parmi nous sera un moment fort de votre carrière. La région de Kingston offre une multitude de possibilités et d’expériences, et j’espère que vous prendrez le temps d’en profiter. Soyez vigilants et restez en sécurité!

The Garrison Duty Centre is manned 24/7. Personnel reporting into the base may pick up their room keys and meal cards at the Duty Centre after normal working hours.

The Kingston Military Police operate on a 24/7 basis, offering policing, detention facilities, investigative services, physical and information technology security, victim support, community relations programs, and Identification services.

The Base G3 staff is also the primary point of contact for all Provision of Service requests to non-DND agencies from CFB Kingston 613-541-5010 ext 5425.

PERSONNEL SUPPORT SQUADRON (PSS)

PSS is responsible for the Base Orderly Room, Base Accommodations, Base Food Services, Base Cleaners, Base Language School and the Training Support Officer. The Officer Commanding PSS is also the point of contact/liaises on behalf of the BComd for the Military Family Fund, Kingston Military Family Resource Centre (KMFRC) and Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA).

MILITARY PERSONNEL SUPPORT SECTION (MPSS) RECEPTION PROCEDURES

MPSS is a combination of the Pay and Records Section, Claims Section, Release Section and the Base Central Registry.

ESCADRON DE SOUTIEN AU PERSONNEL (ESP)

L’ESP est responsable de la salle des rapports de la Base, des logements de la Base, des services d’alimentation de la Base, des services de nettoyage de la Base, de l’école des langues de la Base et de l’officier de soutien à l’instruction. Le cmdt ESP est également le point de contact et assure la liaison pour le compte du cmdt B en ce qui concerne le Fonds pour les familles des militaires, le Centre de ressources pour les familles des militaires de Kingston (CRFMK) et l’Agence de logement des Forces canadiennes (ALFC).

SECTION DE SOUTIEN AU PERSONNEL MILITAIRE (SSPM) FORMALITÉS D’ARRIVÉE

La SSPM comprend la Section de la paie et des dossiers, la Section des réclamations, la Section des libérations et le Dépôt central des dossiers de la Base.

RATIONS AND QUARTERS SUPPORT SERVICES (RQSS) ACCOMMODATIONS Base accommodations is manned 24/7. It manages single and transient quarters to accommodate students on course, live-in Military personnel, transient DND visitors and family connection PMQs (for dependents visiting military personnel) and other Government departments and Provision of Service clients. All room keys and meal cards may be picked-up at the accommodations section during and after normal working hours. The accommodations section also responds to room lockouts.

OFFICIAL LANGUAGES DEPARTMENT AND GARRISON LANGUAGE SCHOOL

The Base Coordinator of Official Languages (BCOL) manages the Garrison Language School and is the point of contact for official language support. Second language education in English and in French is offered to all military personnel of the Kingston Garrison at the language school.

Public Service Commission second language evaluations in English and in French are administered on site to all military personnel. The BCOL informs Lodger Units of pertinent information concerning official languages.

SERVICES DES VIVRES ET DU LOGEMENT (SSV&L) LOGEMENTS

La section des logements est ouverte 24/7. La Section des logements gère les logements provisoires et pour célibataires à l'intention des stagiaires, des militaires habitant la Base, des visiteurs du MDN et les connections des unites de logement (Pour les charges des militaires), des visiteurs du MDN, des employés d’autres ministères et des clients qui effectuent la prestation de services. C’est possible à obtenir les clés et les cartes de repas pendant ou après les heures de travail, a la section des l’hébergement. La section de l’hébergement est responsable en cas de la fermeture.

The mission of the CAF TC K is to provide personalized, professional and standardized casualty support and transition services to all CAF members and their families in the Kingston area. BASE GENERAL SAFETY

The Base General Safety Officer (BGSO) provides training, oversight and evaluation of safety programs on base. This includes administration of the civilian Return to Work Program for injured workers, the Ergonomic Program, Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) management, and control of the Base Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) Program. The BGSO is also the Radiation Safety Officer.

BASE ENVIRONMENT

The primary role of the Base Environment Office is to ensure compliance with federal and provincial environmental Acts, Legislation, and Regulations.

This is accomplished by providing policy consultation, training, equipment, and audits. Areas of responsibility include the management of: natural resources, contaminated sites, surface and ground water quality, and HAZMAT/toxic substances. Training is provided annually and includes: the Unit Environment Officer Course, the Unit HAZMAT Coordinator Course, and the Spills Response and Environmental Assessment courses. ENVIRONNEMENT DE LA BASE

Le rôle principal du bureau de l’environnement de la Base est d’assurer le respect des lois et des règlements fédéraux et provinciaux en matière d’environnement. Pour ce faire, il offre des services de consultation et de conseil, établit des politiques, donne de la formation, fournit de l’équipement et effectue des vérifications. Ses domaines de responsabilités comprennent la gestion des ressources naturelles, des lieux contaminés, des matières dangereuses et toxiques, et de la qualité de l’eau de surface et souterraine. La formation est offerte annuellement et comprend le cours d’officier d’environnement de l’unité, le cours de coordonnateur des matières dangereuses de l'unité et les cours d’intervention en cas de déversement et d’évaluation environnementale. We are Kingston’s primary agency dedicated to meeting the unique needs of the CAF community during relocations, absences, and transitions. The KMFRC promotes quality programs to support the evolving needs of all members of our CAF families.

DEPLOYMENT SUPPORT

Virtual Deployment Support and programming is offered by KMFRC’s Military Family Support Services Coordinator. Bi-weekly, Virtual Deployment Coffee on Zoom Business Telehealth and personalized pre-deployment, deployment, and reintegration support are all provided virtually and by phone. Families are updated via email on a regular basis and wellness calls are conducted when requested. Literature, workbooks for children, and other resources are available.

We recognize that a deployment can be a very stressful time for families, and those stressors can be different for everyone. However, given these uncertain times, the anticipated deployment stressors can be escalated for families, and the KMFRC Team is here to support the deployed CAF member's circle of loved ones. By electing services, your loved ones will be contacted and advised of what resources are available to them and any updates will be provided as they become available. WISDOM FOR WELLNESS PODCAST Over the past year, the way we communicate with one another has changed quite a bit. We increased our technology knowledge and learned the importance of boundaries when “zoom fatigue” set in. (We also created the term “zoom fatigue”). The Mental Health and Wellness team at the Kingston Military Family Resource Centre (KMFRC) observed how our community was interacting and looked for feedback on how we could support our families while respecting these new communication boundaries. What we learned was that the desire for information and resources was stronger than ever, and a specific date and time for an event may not work for everyone. From this, Wisdom for Wellness, our new

podcast (and lovechild) was born!

Wisdom for Wellness is a monthly podcast where Sarah (FLO-PSI) and Sam (VFPC) speak with a wide variety of guests about how we can improve our mental health and take better care of ourselves and each other. Our goal is to provide you with information, resources, skills and new perspectives to continue learning ways to improve your wellness. Our guests have encouraged our audience (and us!) to look at things in new ways, challenged us to be vulnerable and kept us laughing during difficult times.

boundaries, fawning (an addition to the fight/flight/freeze we all know!) and consider the question: Is saying “No” an option?

In February, the podcast welcomed its first guest, Jonathan Shippey who is one of only 26 Master Trainers with the world-renowned Gottman Institute. Jonathon shared why the Gottman method to couples therapy is so effective and what we can be doing right now to help strengthen and improve our relationships!

In March, Sam and Sarah were joined by Lynn Lyons, a wellrecognized anxiety specialist who was quick to tell them that their worry did NOT care about them! Lynn discussed how children experience anxiety and ways we can support them in managing their worries. We know that the episode was focused on children’s anxiety…but why have we, as adults, been having many conversations with “Frank” about him coming around so often?

(You’ll have to listen to get it!)

In April, Sarah and Sam tried to play it cool while joined byTwoTime Olympic Athlete Adam Kreek. Adam won gold in the 2008 Olympics for Men’s Eight in Rowing and transitioned from the world professional athlete to executive business coach. Adam asks the audience to reflect on their resiliency and suggests that “change is not a crisis unless a core value has been violated”.

For the May episode, Sam and

Sarah discuss grief and loss with local grief specialist Ophelia Rigault. They recognize that the past year has been tough and that many people might be experiencing grief or loss of expectations and time with loved ones. Ophelia discusses how we can experience different types of grief, how to support someone who is grieving, and weighs in on the famous quote about grief that went viral from the hit show WandaVision.

In June, Sarah and Sam speak with Elder Deb, an Indigenous CAF veteran who shares alternative ways to healing and experiencing transition. Elder Deb discusses her own experience of transitioning from the military and things we can do to improve our mental health that don’t involve talk therapy.

BALADO SAGESSE POUR LE MIEUX-ÊTRE Au cours de la dernière année, notre manière de communiquer les uns avec les autres a beaucoup changé. Nous avons amélioré nos connaissances technologiques et avons appris l’importance de mettre ses limites quand la « fatigue liée à zoom » se met de la partie (nous avons également inventé le terme « fatigue liée à zoom »). L’équipe Santé mentale et bien-être du Centre de ressources pour les familles militaires de Kingston (CRFMK) a observé comment les membres de notre communauté interagissent et a cherché des moyens d’aider les familles tout en respectant les nouvelles limites de la communication. Nous avons compris que le désir d’avoir de l’information et des ressources était plus fort que jamais, mais que le choix d’une date et d’une heure précises pour un événement ne fonctionnerait peut-être pas pour tout le monde. C’est ainsi qu’est née Sagesse pour le mieuxêtre, notre nouveau balado (notre bébé)!

Sagesse pour le mieux-être est un balado mensuel dans lequel Sarah (FLO-PSI) et Sam (VFPC) parlent avec une grande variété d’invités des manières d’améliorer notre santé mentale et de prendre mieux soin de soi ainsi que des uns et des autres. En janvier, Sam et Sarah ont donné vie au balado avec le premier épisode où il a été question de mettre ses limites, de la soumission (un ajout à la réaction combattre, fuir ou figer que nous connaissons déjà!) et prendre en considération la question suivante : Est-il possible de dire « non »?

En février, le balado a reçu son premier invité, Jonathan Shippey qui est un des 26 maîtresformateurs du très réputé Gottman Institute. En avril, Sarah et Sam ont tenté d’avoir l’air « cool » avec leur invité, le double médaillé olympique, Adam Kreek. Adam a remporté l’or en aviron aux Olympiques de 2008 et a ensuite quitté le monde de l’athlétisme professionnel pour devenir formateur auprès de dirigeants d’entreprise. Adam a demandé aux auditeurs de réfléchir à leur résilience et a suggéré que « Le

changement n’est pas une crise à moins qu’une valeur fondamentale n’ait été violée ». Comment savoir quelles sont vos valeurs fondamentales? Écoutez l’épisode pour savoir par où commencer ce voyage exploratoire!

Pour l’épisode de mai, Sam et Sarah ont parlé du deuil et de la perte avec une spécialiste régionale du deuil, Ophelia Rigault. Ils ont reconnu que la dernière année a été difficile et que de nombreuses personnes ont vécu des deuils et des pertes relativement à leurs attentes et au temps passé avec leurs proches.

Ophelia parle de la manière dont nous vivons les différents types de deuils et de la manière dont nous pouvons soutenir une personne en deuil. Elle revient également sur une phrase à propos du deuil devenue virale à la suite de la diffusion de la série à succès WandaVision.

En juin, Sarah et Sam s’entretiennent avec Elder Deb, une femme autochtone et vétéran des FAC qui propose des manières différentes de guérir et de vivre une transition. Elder Deb partage sa propre expérience de transition

de la vie militaire et parle de ce que nous pouvons faire pour améliorer notre santé mentale et qui ne nécessite pas de thérapie par la parole.

What better way to spend time than to go on an adventure. Make the most of the beautiful weather by spending it outdoors exploring amazing hiking trails and conservation areas in and around Kingston. Lace-up those hiking boots and check out the featured trails below!

Remember to responsibly enjoy parks and trails: stay with your household, physically distance from others, leave no trace (pack in and pack out all garbage), and dogs must be on a leash at all times.

picnicking, cycling, swimming, and hiking. Lemoine Point is home to approximately 11 km of hiking trails that cross flat to gently rolling woodland, field, and marsh area. As you hike the trails, you can find hidden gems such as scenic lookouts and beaches. This conservation area is bordered by Lake Ontario and Collins Bay, so you are sure to get a scenic view!

GOULD LAKE 1540 Gould Lake Rd, Sydenham As a day–use area, Gould Lake offers picnicking, fishing, swimming, and hiking. Gould Lake features approximately 20 km of trails across rolling and rugged terrain. The well-known Rideau Trail, as well as several side loops, can be found within the conservation area. Its wetlands, woods, and shoreline areas provide many opportunities for wildlife viewing and nature appreciation. Let us know what wildlife you see!

LITTLE CATARAQUI CREEK 1641 Perth Rd, Glenburnie At Little Cataraqui Creek you can connect with nature during all four seasons. Here, there are marsh, field, and forest habitats for nature appreciation. Additionally, there are opportunities for education and outdoor recreation. Little Cataraqui Creek offers picnicking, fishing, bird watching, and hiking trails for their visitors to enjoy. This conservation area is home to approximately 14 km of hiking trails through mostly flat terrain. These trails are a great escape for the family to enjoy together!

Difficulty level: Beginner; family-friendly

LYN VALLEY 90 Lyn Valley Rd, Lyn Lyn Valley may be small, but it is one of the busiest conservation areas in the region. Lyn Valley offers a swimming area, picnicking, and hiking trails. With just 1 km of hiking trails, it is perfect for the little ones to get out and explore nature! The hiking trails are on flat terrain and offer opportunities to appreciate what nature has to offer.

Difficulty level: beginner; family-friendly

PARROTT'S BAY

views. Parrott's Bay offers picnicking, fishing, and hiking. Hiking trails are approximately 6 km in length and cross both woodland and wetland habitats. Parrott's Bay trails feature a viewing deck and osprey nesting platform. Keep an eye out for ospreys on your hike!

K&P TRAIL The trail can be accessed from many locations. The trail continues into South Frontenac Township.

The K&P Trail is a multi-part trail, offering a mix of urban and rural trails.

The trail is open year-round and gives the opportunity for visitors to walk through natural open landscapes, rock cuts, wetlands, and historic Kingston. The 22 km trail is divided into two distinct sections: the 7 km paved, urban trail and the 15 km gravel, rural trail. For more information on access points, please visit the City of Kingston’s website.

Recently, Frontenac Trail Tours has begun single and multi-day guided cycling tours. Each tour takes cyclists down the K&P trail, stopping for snacks featuring locally sourced food and to visit local artisan shops.

THOUSAND ISLANDS NATIONAL PARK 1121 Thousand Islands Parkway, Mallorytown As Canada’s oldest National Park east of the Rockies, Thousand Islands National Park offers three mainland hiking locations. This park boasts of its sanctuary of scenic lookouts, rugged rock faces, and tall stands of pine.

Mallorytown Landing (1121 – 1000 Islands Parkway, Mallorytown): As the main location of Thousand Islands National Park, there are opportunities to picnic, fish, swim, and hike. Here, there are approximately 3 km of hiking trails. These trails are on mostly flat terrain and are beginner-friendly. Be sure to get a picture posing in the set of Parks Canada red chairs!

(1270 – 1000 Islands Jones Creek Parkway, Mallorytown): At this location, visitors have access to over 20 km of hiking trails. Trails cross a variety of differing landscapes and are rated medium to difficult.

These trails feature a set of Parks Canada red chairs and a scenic lookout.

Landon Bay (302 – 1000 Islands Parkway, Lansdowne): Landon Bay offers six different trail networks that range in difficulty from low to medium. These trails are approximately 6 km in length. Be sure to check out the Lookout trail to get your next social media worthy picture!

The Fitness and Sports team is proud to serve the military community through a variety of classes and programs including the Pro-Fit System Garrison PT and FitQuest. Military members can also play for one of the many Kingston Knights Base sports teams or can join the NPP Garrison Sport League. There are a couple of special events throughout the year including the Terry Fox Run, Cannonball Crush, 1 Wing Community Run, and Navy Bike Ride. FITNESS Q&A: AM I REALLY AN “ATHLETE”?

Q: I only run as a hobby. I accumulate 35 km or more in a week, but I do not race or compete, it is purely for pleasure. As a military member, running and rucking is also a big part of the culture. I have seen many articles recently about fueling and training for “athletes” and the term “tactical athletes” used for military service members. If I am not competing in an actual competitive sport, am I really considered an “athlete”? - Confused Cathy A: Hi Cathy. That is a great question! According to the dictionary.com definition, an athlete is “a person trained or gifted in exercises or contests involving physical agility, stamina, or strength; a participant in a sport, exercise, or game requiring physical skill.” So based on that definition alone, if you are training in any sort of physical activity requiring skill, agility, endurance or strength, you are an athlete! You do not have to be a professional (novice, amateur or elite), to be an athlete. A true athlete is one that strives to better their physical ability without the reward of fame or glory involved in competing against others. As long as you are trying to live a better life through exercise, you are an athlete. You do not have to be competitive to be an athlete. As for the term “tactical athlete”, a tactical athlete, similar to a regular athlete, is a person with the physical ability, stamina and strength to perform, this time on the battlefield. Similar to everyday athletes, tactical athletes must be skilled and strong, but will also require the endurance to perform their tasks repeatedly. To get better on the battlefield, they must focus on exercises that directly translate to the demands of their jobs.

So what exactly does that mean for you in relation to fueling while training as an athlete? That definitely means that you should be fueling appropriately before training sessions, after training sessions, and throughout the day.

Ensure that you are fueling with the appropriate “fuel”; carbohydrates to energize your body and muscles during a session and to replenish spent stores after a session, protein to repair and build muscle between sessions, and fats to sustain you at rest. In addition, let us not forget water. Hydration is key during all the phases. By eating and training appropriately, you will perform better, feel better, and prevent injury during your training sessions.

Do not be afraid to call yourself an athlete just because you do not compete, and do not be afraid to fuel yourself as an athlete. Your performance will thank you for it, both while running as a hobby, and while on the battlefield. If you need more guidance, contact your local PSP Fitness Department and Health Promotion office to help you dial in your training and nutrition needs as you continue on your fitness journey.

Q. Pour moi, la course est seulement un passe-temps. Je cours 35 km ou plus par semaine, mais je ne fais pas de compétition, c’est seulement pour le plaisir. Chez les militaires, courir, avec ou sans charge, fait aussi une partie importante de la culture. J’ai lu récemment de nombreux articles sur l’alimentation et l’entraînement des « athlètes » et sur le terme « athlètes tactiques » utilisé pour les militaires. Si je ne participe pas à un véritable sport de compétition, suis-je vraiment considérée comme une « athlète »?

- Cathy, confuse.

R. Bonjour Cathy. C’est une très bonne question! Selon la définition de dictionary.com, un athlète est « une personne entraînée ou douée dans des exercices ou des épreuves faisant appel à l’agilité physique, à l’endurance ou à la force; une personne qui participe à un sport, à un exercice ou à un jeu exigeant des habiletés physiques ». Donc, sur la base de cette seule définition, si vous vous entraînez dans n’importe quelle activité physique qui exige de l’habileté, de l’agilité, de l’endurance ou de la force, vous êtes une athlète! Il n’est pas nécessaire d’être une professionnelle (novice, amateur ou élite) pour être une athlète. Une véritable athlète est une athlète qui s’efforce d’améliorer ses capacités physiques sans la récompense de la célébrité ou de la gloire associée à la compétition contre les autres. Tant et aussi longtemps que vous essayez de vivre une vie meilleure grâce à l’exercice, vous êtes une athlète. Il n’est pas nécessaire de faire de la compétition pour être une athlète. Pour ce qui est du terme « athlète tactique », une athlète tactique, comme une simple athlète, est une personne qui a la capacité physique, l’endurance et la force d’exécuter des tâches athlétiques, cette fois-ci sur le champ de bataille. Tout comme les simples athlètes, les athlètes tactiques doivent être habiles et forts, mais ils doivent aussi avoir l’endurance nécessaire pour exécuter leurs tâches de façon répétée.

Pour s’améliorer sur le champ de bataille, ils doivent se concentrer sur des exercices qui répondent directement aux exigences de leur travail.

Qu’est-ce que cela signifie exactement pour vous en ce qui concerne l’alimentation pendant votre entraînement en tant qu’athlète? Cela signifie certainement que vous devriez vous alimenter de façon appropriée avant les séances d’entraînement, après les séances d’entraînement et tout au long de la journée. Assurez-vous d’utiliser le « carburant » approprié, c’est-à-dire des glucides pour stimuler votre corps et vos muscles pendant une séance et pour refaire vos réserves après une séance, faire le plein de protéines pour réparer et renforcer les muscles entre les séances, et de graisses pour vous soutenir au repos. De plus, n’oublions pas l’eau. L’hydratation est essentielle pendant toutes les phases de l’entraînement. En mangeant et en vous entraînant de façon appropriée, vous obtiendrez de meilleurs résultats, vous vous sentirez mieux et vous préviendrez les blessures pendant vos séances d’entraînement.

N’ayez pas peur de vous qualifier d’athlète simplement parce que vous ne faites pas de compétition, et n’ayez pas peur d’adopter une alimentation propre aux athlètes. Votre performance en bénéficiera, que vous courriez par passe-temps ou sur le champ de bataille. Si vous avez besoin de plus de conseils, communiquez avec le Service de conditionnement physique et le Bureau de la promotion de la santé de votre région pour vous aider à répondre à vos besoins en matière d’entraînement et de nutrition pendant que vous poursuivez votre parcours de mise en forme.

The emphasis in Health Promotion is PREVENTION of health-related concerns as opposed to treatment.

LA BOUTIQUE MERCURY

The Mercury Shop is located within the Military Communications and Electronics Museum and offers Communication and Electronics Branch paraphernalia, accoutrements, as well as medal mounting, engraving, and sports and casual clothing embellishment.

We have remained open for online purchasing through https:// themercuryshop.myshopify.com/; curb side pick-up available by selecting “In Store Pick Up” at checkout, otherwise your order will be shipped.

If you would like to take advantage of our medal mounting service, please send an email to mercuryshop@c-and-e-museum.org to arrange for drop-off. Customers will be contacted when mounting is complete, generally within 2 weeks.

Mercury Shop inquiries can be made via email and we will do our best to respond within 1-2 business days.
