DELONICA ROGERS

Delonica Rogers began with The FMRT Group in 2016, providing support for the company’s largest client. Quickly outgrowing that entry-level position, her dedication, attention to detail, and focus on customer service earned her a recent promotion to executive operations assistant. Now, Delonica supports the company’s chief operating officer and the management team. Delonica attended NC A&T State University and UNC Greensboro, and her previous career positions were in retail, promoting the Michael Kors brand and overseeing sales of high-end fragrances in Cary area stores. Her personal interests include writing poetry and short stories, creating collage crafts, and scrapbooking. She, her husband of seven years, and their two sons are enjoying discovering all that the Triad area offers. Delonica is adept at mirroring her family roles within the community. “As a mother, I have learned to resolve conflict and use critical thinking skills that I incorporate in my daily life,” she explains. “As a wife, I have learned to compromise and show empathy, characteristics that enhance interactions with others. As a daughter, sister, and aunt, I have learned the importance of laughter, the selflessness of giving, and the ability to love – all of which help me enjoy the diverse world we live in.”
