My plan for Cowper: Job creation
by supporting small businesses, encouraging innovation, and providing better training. Expanded wage subsidies from The Nationals will lead to more opportunities for apprentices and trainees.
Better health services
like world-class health and aged care facilities, and improvements and expansion of Medicare bulk-billing and the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme. In the last year alone The Nationals in government have funded more than 2.7 million free or subsidised medicines for the people of Cowper.
Better roads and infrastructure
by working closely with our council and state partners to deliver the projects that matter to our community, like the $1.76 billion Coffs Harbour bypass.
Lower cost of living
for those who need it most, through tangible measures like cutting fuel excise, providing tax relief for more than 60,000 taxpayers in our region, and making childcare more affordable for more than 6,300 Cowper families.
