My name is April I’m 31 years old and from a small town called Oxford, Pennsylvania. Oddly enough I met my husband because we were both in a motorcycle accident. We became good friends and did the “long distance relationship” thing for a year. We flew back and forth until I finally ended up moving to Daytona Beach, Florida to be with him. Today we call his hometown of Birmingham, Alabama home.

I started riding dirt bikes with my dad and two brothers since I was 10 years old. My brother and I shared a KX60 until my dad was sure I was gonna stick with it. That Christmas we both got new CR80s and that evolved into a YZ125. I got my first street bike at 21 and it was a 2016 R6. I started to learn how to stunt ride and bought a 636. I rock FMS (Full Metal Stunts) cages, twinstunts handbrake kit with brembo master, pro taper bars, RSC clutch lever and a 46T rear sprocket with 520 chain conversion. I have fallen more times than I can count. I used to go out to the lot and crash 5-7 times a day, but if you want something you get up and keep trying!

Riding has always been a family ordeal and all my memories growing up are riding at tracks with my dad and brothers. Riding has always been the one thing that clears my mind from life stresses and I love the bonds, friendships and memories that riding brings.

Alex is my husband and we love having friends from all over the country and having our son experience all the different places we visit! I just got my dream bike FZ07 and my goals and achievements are too keep having fun and keep creating memories and experiences with my family and friends. My husband and his business partner own a powder coating company (@ properpowder) and if you need anything done please check us out!

I want to tell people not to give up. If you really want something it takes consistency, seat time and patience to make it happen. There will be frustrating days but you just have to keep pushing past any mental blocks and fears you may have.

Follow the Outlawz family at @miss_outlaww, @lil_outlaww and @outlaw_alix.

I also want to give a huge shoutout to @ scorpionexo for all their support and keeping us safe. Also kudos to @cockstuntparts and @ fullmetalstunts for keeping our bikes protected.

I’m Josue Vazquez aka Panchi. I’m 32 years old originally from San Juan PR. But now currently live in Orlando, FL. I started riding when I was 12. My mom was my motivation and she taught me how to ride.

Growing up I saw how happy she was when she rode, and

I knew it was something I wanted to do. She taught me on a 1992 Honda Nighthawk 750 and from there I was hooked fell in love.

My first wheelie was 19 years ago on a KTM 85 I was 13 years old. When I turned 14, I started doing wheelies on a dirt bike then at 15 I popped up a Hayabusa. Currently I ride a 2003 Quadsport z400 oem.

I have fallen plenty of times but it’s all a part of Bikelife. When I ride it frees my mind. I forget about everything, it’s just the open road the sound of the engine and the vibration on my hands and legs. My advice is to always wear a helmet and ride your own bike.

I ride at least once a month, but I am working on growing my business. Josue Vazquez Mechanic Services. I am a motorcycle/ATV mechanic located here in Orlando. Thank you for allowing me to share my story and remember live free, happy and enjoy the ride.

LINE EM UP

Nine foster brothers, who find themselves on different sides of the law, vowed to protect each at any cost. Their love for each other will be tested by sex, drugs, money, and crime. Loyalty will be questioned, greed will play a major part while betrayal is on full display as the brother’s paths keep crossing.

In the early 2000s and far off in the backwoods of Central Florida, there are families that

have been living in poverty and finding a way to survive. Some choose the basic 9 to 5 job, living check to check while others choose the street life. Many realized that blood doesn’t make you family, loyalty does. Many of the youth and young adults find themselves creating their own gang or joining an existing one, in which the streets refer to as “real family”. There’s only one rule on the street: “Everyone’s a target when you’re starving”.

Marcus, the oldest of nine foster brothers, is thirteen years older than Chance who is the youngest. Ty is the second oldest followed by Eddie, Terrance, Dee, Chris, Treyvon, and Walter. Although all the brothers are close Marcus and Chance share the strongest bond. Marcus lost his mother in a car accident then his father to a 20-year prison sentence at the age of eight. Marcus started living a life of crime which led him to being charged with a serious crime at the age of 13, and was given an easy way out by being put in a foster home instead of juvenile detention until his 18th birthday.. As the oldest, he took the role of protector to his foster brothers. Chance’s mother battled drug addiction and died from an overdose while 8 months pregnant resulting in Chance being placed in the same foster home as Marcus as a newborn. Marcus created a gang with the four older foster brothers called “The Line Em Up Boys” (The LEU Boys) and they continue to follow Marcus and his life of crime. Ty learned everything he knows from Marcus and shows great leadership skills. Eddie is wild and unpredictable. Terence is a ladie’s man, Dee is guarded and still struggles to deal with his childhood abuse, and Chris is more laid back than the other brothers. Jessica, Chance’s highschool sweetheart, sees the great life that Chance can provide for her but deep down inside she’s attracted to the street life and thugs.

supporter. By the time of Chance’s college graduation

The LEU boys have started to establish themselves as a highly respected gang. Marcus has children from numerous women who all plead with him to change his ways. Ty has been named the second in command to Marcus. Eddie continues to jeopardize the gang’s plans of taking over due to his wild behavior. Terrance has to be constantly reminded that he is an important part of The LEU Boys, instead of always focusing on the women around him. Dee finds himself living a double life as he’s battling a gambling addiction. Chris is battling with his sexuality and often finds himself scared and confused. Chance has moved back into his old foster home that was left to him. Chance has settled in and decides to visit his brothers. Marcus puts Chance’s future at risk by killing a Hispanic man in front of him and Jessica. Chance’ s is torrezic but is confused by Jessica’s response to the killing. Chance convinced Marcus to let the other two Hispanic males go. Chance quickly gets to work and has already started to win big cases. As the long work days and nights start to pile up Chance sees a change in Jessica. Months later after a long night at the office Chance returns home and finds himself holding Jessica and Marcus at gunpoint after walking in on them having sex.

The younger brothers chose to better themselves by earning an education and staying out of trouble.

Treyvon and Walter obtain jobs in Corporate America and start their own families. Chance went to law school and became a lawyer as Jessica was his biggest

Chance has distanced himself from Jessica and no longer has a relationship with any of his brothers from the gang. Chance has vowed to never be emotionally attached to anyone else. Marcus has kept a close eye on Chance without him knowing despite Chance’s feelings towards him. Chance is now a well-respected lawyer but the betrayal of Jessica has led to Chance’s addiction to strip clubs and escorts. On the other side of town, Marcus is dealing with the kidnap and killing of one of his gang members Terrance.

The gang is being hunted by an unknown source. Marcus and the gang have just acted on a revenge shooting against the Hispanics and killed a nine year old named Maria Lopez in the process. Jessica didn’t agree with the revenge shooting so she and Marcus split. The community is in an outcry for justice and lead Detectives Owens and Jennings are overseeing the case.

Detective Owens convinces Chance to take the victim’s family case for free in order to ensure the people responsible never see daylight again. Chance gets a tip from his brother Treyvon that The LEU Boys are responsible for the shooting. After days of uncertainty, Chance delivers the news to Detective Owens. Detectives Owens and Jennings bring the gang in for questioning but not before Detective Owens informs Marcus of the situation. Days later the gang were bought in, questioned, then released. Chance is heartbroken by the news of the release of his brothers as he knows they’re responsible. This information leads to Chance partying alone all day and night. That night Chance would meet Queen and Star. The three would spend more and more time with each other before falling deeply in love.

dinners, and trips.. Jessica has shocked everyone by starting her own prositituion ring. Eddie has lost all confidence in Marcus because of Chris’ sentence. Chance funds are running low as his girlfriends are demanding they maintain their expensive lifestyle.

Chance is now faced with his hardest decision of his life. Queen and Star have convinced Chance to allow them to seduce big time drug dealers and businessmen then rob them. Chance decides to bring on Treyvon and Walter as the girls muscle. This is perfect timing for the brothers of Corporate American as they are struggling financially. The crew puts everything in motion and now they’re making a lot of money.

Marcus gets word that some unknown females are robbing everyone and that’s why the streets are so dry. Marcus puts a hit out on the girls. Meanwhile, Detective Jennings and Owens are in bed when she receives a message pertaining to a DNA result that matches Eddie’s from a homicide.

Marcus finds himself in a weird position having to ask Chance for help. Chris has just botched a home invasion and is in need of the best lawyer. Chance refuses to help and Marcus promises Chance that his brothers will cut all ties with him. Chris gets sentenced to 20 years to life. Chance is devastated by the news of his brother’s sentence and starts doing drugs with his girlfriends. The gang continues to hit licks and kill. Chance is partying harder on a nightly basis with his girls, buying expensive gifts,

Detective Jennings is getting too close to the gang and could expose them all. Detective Owens is forced to kill Detective Jennings in order to protect his dealings with the gang. Detective Jennings survives the attack from Detective Owens and goes into hiding for recovery. Treyvon and Walter deliver the news to Chance that his girlfriends were killed. Chance is overwhelmed and decides he’s leaving town but not before being pressured to put up money for a drug deal so that Walter and Treyvon can rob the drug dealers. Walter and Treyvon decide to double cross Chance as they have fallen in love with the street life.

The drug deal is set up as Chance, Walter, and Treyvon are waiting on the dealers when the gang walks in. Chance stands there shocked, holding the money, and confused as Marcus argues with the gang about what to do with him. Chance realizes he’s been double crossed and tries to run away but gets shot in the back by Eddie. Marcus runs over to Chance to check on him and he’s shot in the back as well by Eddie then falls on top of Chance. Walter and the rest of the brothers’ loyalty is questioned by Eddie. The brothers agree to follow Eddie’s lead.

The gang leaves and Eddie calls Detective Owens to clean up the crime scene of Chance and Marcus. Detective Oens rushes to the scene and rushes to retrieve Marcus’s phone.

As Detective Owens goes to reach in Marcus’s pocket he realizes that Marcus is alive and decides to help him to his feet. Moments later Marcus notices that Chance is still breathing and orders the Detective to help Chance up. Detective Owens takes the brothers to his house and Marcus calls his doctor to assist him and Chance. Detective Owens leaves and hits Marcus’s stash house. Detective Owens goes into hiding with the money and drugs from Marcus’ stash house. Marcus and Chance find themselves having to work together to get revenge on the gang and Detective Owens. Detective Jennings is also trying to track down Detective Owens. Walter has chosen to leave the gang and now is Jessica’s muscle. The gang tries to track Walter down after his betrayal.

Hello! My name is J.R.Malone and I am 49 years old and a father of five! Not the exact demographic that you would think to find in a sport bike motorcycle magazine. I’m originally from Long Island, New York and I currently live in Pinellas Park, Florida.

I had always joked with my wife about buying a Slingshot motorcycle. Two years ago we rented a Slingshot from “Turo” and I was hooked. From the moment I backed out of the driveway, I knew it was only a matter of time until I had a Slingshot of my own. It was my first bike and I have built it into my dream bike!

“Bounty Hunter” is a 2019 Polaris Slingshot SLR and is a middleweight build that also competes in the heavyweight category. I have traveled the country to compete in shows and have numerous victories including: 3-Wheel Showdown, SS Takeover, Riders 4 Life, King of La Calle, Sound Bullies and Audio Arena.

Bounty Hunter’s custom audio system is by Diamond Design in Lakeland, Florida and features Concrete

By Aaron Creamer Photography

Audio and Soundigital amps … The bike has a 2022 R-Sport hood with complete custom paint work by TTT Auto Paint Supplies … 22” Lexani wheels (also with custom paint) … air lift (bags) performance suspension … ZZ Performance header & rear exhaust … NRG carbon fiber wing and NRG carbon fiber steering wheel with quick release … blackout chase LED’s from Lite the Nite … Bugatti headlights from 3-Down Designs … and custom made gap fillers, front and side splitters.

Riding or “Wind Therapy” as I like to call it, is a great way to relax after a busy day or week. It has also allows us to have a “2nd Family (our Sling Fam) to socialize with and

provide an opportunity to give back to our community throughout the year.

One piece of advice I would give to anyone who might be interested in purchasing a Slingshot is to do some research and figure out their exact intentions. Don’t spend extra money on an upgraded model if you plan to customize and change things on the bike. They are great off the showroom floor but you always want to make something just yours!

SAVAGE BARBIE

Black Rose

The meaning of black roses varies from death, mourning and tragedy to, a rebirth or a major change. It can also represent optimism and hope or eternal love. Black roses are rare. The growing process is very complex and lengthy, taking up to more than a year.

I want to introduce you to a “black rose”; “Savage BMWBarbie” (Ashley). Having seen Ashley’s feed on social media for the past two years, I observed quite a unique colorful mystical and resilient quality persona. In a world where gold-digging twerkers, silicone and botox bags are hoping to get rich off clickbaiting by cheapening their souls, I found this black rose (Ashley). At the time, Ashley was in the process of losing her father (RIP). Through all her posts she shared positive inspirational moments with thousands of her followers. She did that by showing artistic creativity, raw vulnerability, depth, fun and quality content.

With bloodlines from native American tribes, Greece, Hungary and Poland, Ashley was born in Michigan. Ashley’s absolute hero was her father. This army infantry badass biker took her everywhere. Hunting trips,

NASCAR racing and tinkering was all part of the bond. Sadly, mom and dad did not understand each other. Like many of us, they failed to “listen to understand” each other. Ashley admits having been rebellious towards her father and his expectations. Today she gets teary eyed. She is filled with gratitude for it all. No one can tell me fathers aren’t important in a child’s development stages! I mean look at stats. The percentage difference of inmates from single mother homes versus single father homes is shocking. Its been suggested now that because of that, single dads seem to be better parents than single moms! A mother’s love is sweet to a child’s heart but a father’s love is fuel to a child’s spirit.

Ashley worked for Ford Motors as a team leader. She was a tattoo artist for 10+ years. Today she is a fulltime welder. She is now pursuing an underwater welding career. This young lady currently owns two BMW s1000rr and a Raptor truck. She is absorbed by wildlife and the environment. Make no mistake. She is not a “Gretta” environmentalist hellbent on making everyone feel guilty. Ashley’s addiction for speed on two wheels started after she crashed a car drag racing doing a ¼ mile run. “They put me on a bike right after and the rest is

history. I was hooked.” said the Savage Barbie in her. Her top speed is 207mpw. I think one of her IG posts shows her speedometer at 199mph. When I saw that I knew this savage was not just a pretty barbie face. She has more balls than many of us and her dad would be proud of her today.

This wild and fearless black rose is and will always be fueled by passions screaming her affectionate tenderness for her father. Let’s be honest. Don’t we all do that. Even for those who actually dislike or hate their dad, deep down it is the need for a father’s love that gives birth to these emotions (dislike and hate) as a desperate scream for it. The ego in us denies that but that’s for another story. When I think of it, this column would have been perfect for a Father’s Day piece. Ashley’s entire life and story is a shrine honoring her father’s love. He was far from being perfect. She grew up in the midst of hardships but he never gave up on her. He never ceased to say “I

love you” in words and also in actions. This black rose lost her dad but she goes on carrying his flame with all her might. Within her own identity apart from her dad she developed her own fascinating journey. She is fearlessly discovering all that life has to offer. She desires to inspire her fans and followers to live out of the box, to believe in themselves even if it is against all odds. Treat others as you want to be treated.

Cherish your family. Respect others and be loyal. Ashley is patient with herself. She learned that through anger management therapy. She is on her journey now discovering and defining her values recognizing she is not always her best friend. She claims a still nebulous Christianity as her faith and considers the growth available to her through it. It is not all clear to her but at least she is willing and open to learn.

Black roses are rare. They evoque deep intrigue and respect. Their meaning goes from death, mourning and tragedy to, a rebirth or a major change, optimism, hope and eternal love.

SavageBMWBarbie’s life journey mirrors all that. Like all of us in a sense. Hardships do not define us unless we want to live like victims. It is what we choose to do with the good and the not so good that defines us. I can’t wait to see this black rose in full bloom.

Team No Hay Excusas

Founder: Alejandro Vazquez

From: Lebanon, Pennsylvania and Puerto Rico

Established: January 6, 2020

Our group started around the time Covid 19 hit. It was a reality check for most of us; not being able to spend time with our family and friends without potentially getting one another ill. To be able to entertain ourselves; yet still follow social distancing, riding ATV’s sounded incredibly fun without getting anyone sick. Along the way we met with people or introduced this new adventure with family and friends. Little by little Kian Alvarez, Luis (Tanaka) Hernandez, Elvis (Fuyuki) Rivera and I, Alejandro (Cabrita) Vazquez decided to create a group including our families first. The group started making shirts to use when we ride on the weekends and in a blink of an eye people like Cathy De Marrero, Raul (Balber) Marrero and a few people joined to ride every weekend possible for hours and hours. It was very pleasant and wonderful moments shared during those challenging moments with the virus rising. In one of our gatherings we came across a family that was stuck deep in a hole which they couldn’t get out from. To ensure the safety and the well-being of this family, Kian used his truck to pull this family out while the rest of us assisted in other ways and made sure that this family could continue their path. This is how our team name

made more sense, that we as a team have no excuses not to help not only one another, but anyone we come across who are in need. We support and are willing to extend a hand when others are in need. Moreover, Cathy and Balber planned a trip to Florida, which would be our first Atv event as a team outside of Pennsylvania and it was a great event that a few of us from Team No Hay Excusa attended. The event was hosted by Tony Henriquez in Palm Bay Florida during Halloween and his special guest was El Cuco Del Monte, which we had the opportunity to meet. We all kept growing as a family. After this amazing experience we decided we no longer just wanted to gather on weekends, we wanted to be a part of something even bigger and decided to join other events and also create an event ourselves. We decided to show Tony Henriquez one of our many places that we ride called “Las Minas”. He was so amazed with the area that the idea to make an event inviting El Cuco went into play. It was our first event in Pennsylvania which was a success. Moving forward, Team No Hay Excusa Hosting and Cooperating in riding events with The Noise Atv, Utv Club became a union made of trust and much more, family. There is no place for error, but to share new experiences, learn new paths, places, go on adventures to free my mind and soul, to liberate, be stress free together with family and friends. Even though we are no longer kids, I carry the same sensation of excitement as if I was young again and wouldn’t want it any other way. This is not only my passion, but our passion and there is simply no room for negativity, it’s all about the mud family we have created and how far we have come as one. We only go higher from here and we have accomplished so much as a Team.

For example: Las Minas 2021, El Rafagazo 2022 which were very successful events of Team No Hay Excusa and moving forward we have attended events in Ohio, Florida, Texas and even Puerto Rico. As for future events, we will be updating, making lives and posting them on our Facebook page of Team No Hay Excusas which you are all welcome and invited to join.

As previously mentioned, it can be an extreme sport and also dangerous. It doesn’t matter how much experience or how sure you are of your abilities riding or how much you train, the use of a helmet and other gears for protection is a priority. We have lost and we lose people every day and we must encourage every rider and passenger to always wear their helmets. Remember, you’re not only choosing to keep living, yet you are also choosing to go back home to your loved ones and the blessing to keep making memories by their side.

We hope to hear and see you joining our Facebook page of Team No Hay Excusa.

Hello, my name is Mikey PEREZ and I go by 2strokkdakidd. I’m 20 years old and I’m from Miami, Dade County. I currently reside in Ocala, FL and ride a 2000 Banshee named Yayo cause she really hits! My banshee is completely stock other than my toomey T5 pipes and a custom graphic kit.

All my life I’ve been around bikes but I didn’t get into stunting until about 2 years ago. My first bike was at the age of 7 and it was a Chinese bike but my dream bike has been a Crated 1992 Banshee.

I’ve paid my dues to the pavement, but it’s all part of the game. One of my many goals is to become a successful business owner. Another goal of mine would be to change the mind of the media towards bike life.

I ride to free my mind, when I’m on the bike it’s like therapy; I feel a form of freedom.

If I were to give advice I’d say, if you want to get into this, make sure you’re dedicated. Because this is not for everyone.

Release your fears, and it’s not about how many times you fall it’s about how many times you get up and become better then yesterday.

Hello! My name is Jose Osorio. I’m also known as “Cheito”. I’m 26 years old and was I was born in Puerto Rico on June 2, 1996. At the age of 20 (2016) I moved to Kissimmee Florida soon after I moved to Jacksonville and I have been here for 4 years. I know how to drive any type of motorcycle but my favorite and my style is dirt bikes.

I’ve been running for about 3 years. During those 3 years I had an accident. I was on a crutches for more than a year and three months. But the accidents didn’t stop me from getting back up, doing wheelies and riding again. Ever since I was little I watched the motorbikes pass through the neighborhood and said when I grew up I would like to have one and look where we are thanks to God .

My first bike was a 2008 yz450f and my dream bike is a 2022 yz450f monster edition. I have fallen several times but that is part of this game so always use your protection (helmet and gloves).

I ride because of the passion I have for it and to fulfill my personal satisfaction and the goals to continue to get better come along the way.

A piece of advice to all bikelife runners not to go out without a helmet or gloves and make sure you have proper lights if you run at nigh. And to those who want to enter bikelife never don’t give up on your dream. I didn’t know either and look where I am growing learning everyday. Learning to ride is one of the scariest things you can do as a man or woman. Let’s be honest, getting your motorcycle license does not count as learning how to ride. There are only a few ways to learn how to ride and be competent. Having a close friend teach you, watch Youtube videos and pray that you are doing it correctly or go on group rides. Justly, I am going to briefly talk about the first two and focus on the subject of group rides. Firstly, the best way, in my opinion, for someone to learn how to ride is going to be having a close friend that you can go out and ride with. That is the way that I learned and many other street riders.

When you ride with a friend, who also rides, there is that

Are group rides safe?

level of trust that you don’t get anywhere else. You have a friend to correct you, teach you and potentially tell you the tough critique that maybe others won’t. These types of corrections are the types of skills that could potentially save your life. Secondly we have the DIY version. Youtube-Self Taught-Street Rossi. The Florida classic. This isn’t the worst way possible. You could technically be alone and watch 0 youtube videos and just take your best whack at it. Sadly, that is a sure way to end up as road-pizza. Lastly we have “group rides.” Now, I am biased because I have had terrible group riding experiences but rather than disparage the whole thing, let me tell you a story that is absolutely hilarious, but also

concerning. Let’s just call it… comic relief. I know you guys love when I describe the setting so here we go:

It was an absolutely beautiful Florida weekend. It’s September, partly cloudy with a slight breeze cruising North on 25th street in Sanford heading towards the powerful sweepers off a right turn into Osteen, trailblazing open roads straight towards the coast. On this particular day I decided to ride hard, I was wearing my track suit and so was Bryson, on his GSXR600 track bike. We planned on gripping and ripping and nothing was going to stop us, not even the parade of squids that stampeded ahead of us on stretched, beatdown crotch rockets screaming for air after the incessant rev bombing echoed and bounced off the 40 man group of riders. Without hesitation, we ripped the first turn, looked at eachother, with a slight but simultaneous head nod, pull up two fat wheelies ripping passed the group of squidlords zipping by them all on one wheel while our overheated exhausts split the ears of the helmetless sportbike riders we were leaving in the dust. With smiles on our faces we received well earned hate among the group as we saw them bid is farwell with a moshpit of single, middle fingers reaching for the sky during our expedited disappearance into the distance. This particular ride is not for the faint of heart, even the beginning is a little sketchy, the combination of bumps on the road, blind turns and ubiquitous car passing render it a more “advanced” road than “novice;” this story takes a turn for the worse, or rather…

lack-there-of. Bryson and I got through the fun portion and it was time to rip the advanced portion of this particular run. We turn left off the main riding road and the turn opens up into a long, slightly inclined road through an open field. On a good day you can catch a glimpse of some fat turkeys and the occasional deer. The road is a literal straight shot for about ¾ of a mile into a hidden sharp left turn on the other side of a little hill. You already know where this is going…. Bryson and I stop to catch out breath on the other end of the road juxtaposed to the the hidden turn that has stolen the pride of countless riders. Standing there conversing we hear the roar of engines turning onto this advanced road, I turned to look at Bryson and his jaw was on the ground. I then turn to see if my ears had deceived me, they had not. The front riders immediately pin their throttles to shoot the straight away, unknowing that they were going to be greeted by a sharp left turn. Before we knew it, the first 5 riders shot right through the turn tumbling into the grass. Following them were a bunch of smoking brakes and cracking fairings as bikes began to smash into each other.

I tell this story to get to one very important point, group rides can be good if you are with the right people. You can learn and be safe if you are with the right people. But in many, many scenarios, group rides are incredibly dangerous and should not

be taken lightly. Contrary to popular belief, you shouldn’t ride in groups until you are a skilled rider. But again, this is just my opinion based off the experiences that I’ve had.
