SAVAGE BARBIE Black Rose
The meaning of black roses varies from death, mourning and tragedy to, a rebirth or a major change. It can also represent optimism and hope or eternal love. Black roses are rare. The growing process is very complex and lengthy, taking up to more than a year.
I want to introduce you to a “black rose”; “Savage BMWBarbie” (Ashley). Having seen Ashley’s feed on social media for the past two years, I observed quite a unique colorful mystical and resilient quality persona. In a world where gold-digging twerkers, silicone and botox bags are hoping to get rich off clickbaiting by cheapening their souls, I found this black rose (Ashley). At the time, Ashley was in the process of losing her father (RIP). Through all her posts she shared positive inspirational moments with thousands of her followers. She did that by showing artistic creativity, raw vulnerability, depth, fun and quality content.
With bloodlines from native American tribes, Greece, Hungary and Poland, Ashley was born in Michigan. Ashley’s absolute hero was her father. This army infantry badass biker took her everywhere. Hunting trips,

NASCAR racing and tinkering was all part of the bond. Sadly, mom and dad did not understand each other. Like many of us, they failed to “listen to understand” each other. Ashley admits having been rebellious towards her father and his expectations. Today she gets teary eyed. She is filled with gratitude for it all. No one can tell me fathers aren’t important in a child’s development stages! I mean look at stats. The percentage difference of inmates from single mother homes versus single father homes is shocking. Its been suggested now that because of that, single dads seem to be better parents than single moms! A mother’s love is sweet to a child’s heart but a father’s love is fuel to a child’s spirit.
Ashley worked for Ford Motors as a team leader. She was a tattoo artist for 10+ years. Today she is a fulltime welder. She is now pursuing an underwater welding career. This young lady currently owns two BMW s1000rr and a Raptor truck. She is absorbed by wildlife and the environment. Make no mistake. She is not a “Gretta” environmentalist hellbent on making everyone feel guilty. Ashley’s addiction for speed on two wheels started after she crashed a car drag racing doing a ¼ mile run. “They put me on a bike right after and the rest is

history. I was hooked.” said the Savage Barbie in her. Her top speed is 207mpw. I think one of her IG posts shows her speedometer at 199mph. When I saw that I knew this savage was not just a pretty barbie face. She has more balls than many of us and her dad would be proud of her today.
This wild and fearless black rose is and will always be fueled by passions screaming her affectionate tenderness for her father. Let’s be honest. Don’t we all do that. Even for those who actually dislike or hate their dad, deep down it is the need for a father’s love that gives birth to these emotions (dislike and hate) as a desperate scream for it. The ego in us denies that but that’s for another story. When I think of it, this column would have been perfect for a Father’s Day piece. Ashley’s entire life and story is a shrine honoring her father’s love. He was far from being perfect. She grew up in the midst of hardships but he never gave up on her. He never ceased to say “I love you” in words and also in actions. This black rose lost her dad but she goes on carrying his flame with all her might. Within her own identity apart from her dad she developed her own fascinating journey. She is fearlessly discovering all that life has to offer. She desires to inspire her fans and followers to live out of the box, to believe in themselves even if it is against all odds. Treat others as you want to be treated.
Cherish your family. Respect others and be loyal. Ashley is patient with herself. She learned that through anger management therapy. She is on her journey now discovering and defining her values recognizing she is not always her best friend. She claims a still nebulous Christianity as her faith and considers the growth available to her through it. It is not all clear to her but at least she is willing and open to learn.
Black roses are rare. They evoque deep intrigue and respect. Their meaning goes from death, mourning and tragedy to, a rebirth or a major change, optimism, hope and eternal love.
SavageBMWBarbie’s life journey mirrors all that. Like all of us in a sense. Hardships do not define us unless we want to live like victims. It is what we choose to do with the good and the not so good that defines us. I can’t wait to see this black rose in full bloom.

Team No Hay Excusas
Founder: Alejandro Vazquez
From: Lebanon, Pennsylvania and Puerto Rico
Established: January 6, 2020
Our group started around the time Covid 19 hit. It was a reality check for most of us; not being able to spend time with our family and friends without potentially getting one another ill. To be able to entertain ourselves; yet still follow social distancing, riding ATV’s sounded incredibly fun without getting anyone sick. Along the way we met with people or introduced this new adventure with family and friends. Little by little Kian Alvarez, Luis (Tanaka) Hernandez, Elvis (Fuyuki) Rivera and I, Alejandro (Cabrita) Vazquez decided to create a group including our families first. The group started making shirts to use when we ride on the weekends and in a blink of an eye people like Cathy De Marrero, Raul (Balber) Marrero and a few people joined to ride every weekend possible for hours and hours. It was very pleasant and wonderful moments shared during those challenging moments with the virus rising. In one of our gatherings we came across a family that was stuck deep in a hole which they couldn’t get out from. To ensure the safety and the well-being of this family, Kian used his truck to pull this family out while the rest of us assisted in other ways and made sure that this family could continue their path. This is how our team name made more sense, that we as a team have no excuses not to help not only one another, but anyone we come across who are in need. We support and are willing to extend a hand when others are in need. Moreover, Cathy and Balber planned a trip to Florida, which would be our first Atv event as a team outside of Pennsylvania and it was a great event that a few of us from Team No Hay Excusa attended. The event was hosted by Tony Henriquez in Palm Bay Florida during Halloween and his special guest was El Cuco Del Monte, which we had the opportunity to meet. We all kept growing as a family. After this amazing experience we decided we no longer just wanted to gather on weekends, we wanted to be a part of something even bigger and decided to join other events and also create an event ourselves. We decided to show Tony Henriquez one of our many places that we ride called “Las Minas”. He was so amazed with the area that the idea to make an event inviting El Cuco went into play. It was our first event in Pennsylvania which was a success. Moving forward, Team No Hay Excusa Hosting and Cooperating in riding events with The Noise Atv, Utv Club became a union made of trust and much more, family. There is no place for error, but to share new experiences, learn new paths, places, go on adventures to free my mind and soul, to liberate, be stress free together with family and friends. Even though we are no longer kids, I carry the same sensation of excitement as if I was young again and wouldn’t want it any other way. This is not only my passion, but our passion and there is simply no room for negativity, it’s all about the mud family we have created and how far we have come as one. We only go higher from here and we have accomplished so much as a Team.

For example: Las Minas 2021, El Rafagazo 2022 which were very successful events of Team No Hay Excusa and moving forward we have attended events in Ohio, Florida, Texas and even Puerto Rico. As for future events, we will be updating, making lives and posting them on our Facebook page of Team No Hay Excusas which you are all welcome and invited to join.
As previously mentioned, it can be an extreme sport and also dangerous. It doesn’t matter how much experience or how sure you are of your abilities riding or how much you train, the use of a helmet and other gears for protection is a priority. We have lost and we lose people every day and we must encourage every rider and passenger to always wear their helmets. Remember, you’re not only choosing to keep living, yet you are also choosing to go back home to your loved ones and the blessing to keep making memories by their side.
We hope to hear and see you joining our Facebook page of Team No Hay Excusa.

Hello, my name is Mikey PEREZ and I go by 2strokkdakidd. I’m 20 years old and I’m from Miami, Dade County. I currently reside in Ocala, FL and ride a 2000 Banshee named Yayo cause she really hits! My banshee is completely stock other than my toomey T5 pipes and a custom graphic kit.

All my life I’ve been around bikes but I didn’t get into stunting until about 2 years ago. My first bike was at the age of 7 and it was a Chinese bike but my dream bike has been a Crated 1992 Banshee.
I’ve paid my dues to the pavement, but it’s all part of the game. One of my many goals is to become a successful business owner. Another goal of mine would be to change the mind of the media towards bike life.

I ride to free my mind, when I’m on the bike it’s like therapy; I feel a form of freedom.
If I were to give advice I’d say, if you want to get into this, make sure you’re dedicated. Because this is not for everyone.
Release your fears, and it’s not about how many times you fall it’s about how many times you get up and become better then yesterday.

Hello! My name is Jose Osorio. I’m also known as “Cheito”. I’m 26 years old and was I was born in Puerto Rico on June 2, 1996. At the age of 20 (2016) I moved to Kissimmee Florida soon after I moved to Jacksonville and I have been here for 4 years. I know how to drive any type of motorcycle but my favorite and my style is dirt bikes.

I’ve been running for about 3 years. During those 3 years I had an accident. I was on a crutches for more than a year and three months. But the accidents didn’t stop me from getting back up, doing wheelies and riding again. Ever since I was little I watched the motorbikes pass through the neighborhood and said when I grew up I would like to have one and look where we are thanks to God .
My first bike was a 2008 yz450f and my dream bike is a 2022 yz450f monster edition. I have fallen several times but that is part of this game so always use your protection (helmet and gloves).

I ride because of the passion I have for it and to fulfill my personal satisfaction and the goals to continue to get better come along the way.

A piece of advice to all bikelife runners not to go out without a helmet or gloves and make sure you have proper lights if you run at nigh. And to those who want to enter bikelife never don’t give up on your dream. I didn’t know either and look where I am growing learning everyday. For events of any kind contact me through my social media.

Learning to ride is one of the scariest things you can do as a man or woman. Let’s be honest, getting your motorcycle license does not count as learning how to ride. There are only a few ways to learn how to ride and be competent. Having a close friend teach you, watch Youtube videos and pray that you are doing it correctly or go on group rides. Justly, I am going to briefly talk about the first two and focus on the subject of group rides. Firstly, the best way, in my opinion, for someone to learn how to ride is going to be having a close friend that you can go out and ride with. That is the way that I learned and many other street riders.
When you ride with a friend, who also rides, there is that
