2025 ISSUE #29

IN THIS ISSUE FRANCESA, SRFREESTYLE, FREDDY G, XAVI, NICK, STUNT CHURCH, RIPTURTLE & MORE!

My name is EMELY FRANÇOIS. Nickname: THE FRANCESA400LT. I am 29. Where are you from: DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, currently living in Orlando, FL. I ride a four-wheeler, mostly known as a 4-track (quad bike). The make and model is a 2007 Suzuki LTZ400. I named it the Little White Pearl (the one that doesn't lock up), and although it is not personalized, I plan to do it at some point. I think that first it is important to focus more on the practices and managing the techniques and then design the machine, although I already have some stickers and logos for the moment. I bought this 4-track on June 26 at 10:48 AM in 2024, which became my first motorcycle. I knew nothing about motorcycles or how to change anything at all, but over time I learned that he who perseveres succeeds. I tried again and again until I achieved it, and here I am living my dreams and telling you my story, showing the world that obstacles are just excuses. He who maintains discipline, focus, consistency, resistance, and the most important thing having faith in God is what will lead you to your purpose in life. My story is a bit complex since I come from a disunited family with many limitations in the way of thinking. I had to live a very difficult life and become independent at a young age. To all this, I want to show the world that nothing is impossible for God. Even if everyone turns their backs on you, every day is a battle, but the decision to get up and continue forward is what defines you. What pushed me to this sport was to prove to myself my willpower. This sport made me find my strength and find myself; it is like a therapy that helps me build my character. At first, my motivation was limited to practicing, but discipline and my faith in God drove me to achieve it. This sport gives me peace and emotional stability. My purpose is to achieve significant success in sports, and the advice I would give everyone is that there are always reasons to keep fighting. I am grateful to my older sister, who is like my mother, Yokaira, who always believed in me and inspired me with her upbringing to see life in a different way without obstacles or barriers for pushing me to have confidence and always be myself. To those who are starting in this sport, I can suggest that if you believe in yourselves, you will be capable, and you can achieve it!

“Mydream is stillalive, and I’m stillchasing it”

I am 38 years old and currently live in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The bikes I ride are primarily street bikes. Right now, I have a 2020 ZX6R street bike, a 2024 ZX6R stunt bike, a ZX10R extended drift bike, and a Honda Grom.

I have my bikes dialed in to the max for the type of riding I do. I mostly trick ride and stunt on these bikes, so my two main focuses are suspension and durability The brakes are also crucial, so I make sure they are clean and in proper working order at all times. Each bike is custom-built, from the frame to the swingarm, which is reinforced for durability For instance, I run a ZX10R front end on my ZX6R stunt bike. Each bike is set up a little differently, especially my drift bike, which features a 9-inch stretch, a 240 tire setup, and a lowered suspension designed for drifting.

I got into riding motorcycles by watching my family ride them while I was growing up. However, I had a different idea of how I wanted to ride, which led me to stunt riding I didn’t own a motorcycle until I was 19 years old my first bike was a Honda F4i. I immediately started trying wheelies and having fun on the bike, so I decided it was safer to practice this type of riding in secure areas That's where I spent most of my time, practicing in parking lots instead of riding around town

I have already built my dream bike: the stretched ZX10R drift bike Riding one of these fully set-up drift bikes is the most fun you can have while on a bike

In stunt riding, you will definitely fall. I typically fall around 3 to 5 times every time I ride, but these crashes are not always serious However, I have broken many bones over the years while learning these tricks, including my collarbone, ribs, wrist, tailbone, finger, ankle, leg, tibia, and fibula. I've also suffered concussions. I currently have metal in my leg and collarbone from these crashes

I have accomplished all my goals on the bike, becoming one of the top riders in the USA and the world for stunt riding, and I have held the title for the USA since 2016 I also aimed to revolutionize the sport, and I achieved this by creating several tricks, including the 360 rockwalk back in 2013, which changed the sport forever. The toughest and most important goal for me was building a career out of riding motorcycles, and I have succeeded in that Now, I am setting new goals to see just how far I can take this career doing tricks on motorcycles

I’m not entirely sure why I chose riding. I was originally a skateboarder aiming to turn pro and was close to doing so. One day, I simply set the board down and got on a motorcycle I felt more connected to the bike and found it to be a better and more enjoyable way to express myself through an extreme sport I still ride because I love it, and just sitting on a bike allows me to think and feel positively. The best advice I can give anyone is to wear gear and a helmet if you truly ride. I wouldn’t be alive today if it weren't for the gear I wear Also, take care of your machine and upgrade parts and equipment so you can ride at your best Learn your machine and understand it, and you'll learn to ride even faster and better

My name is Nick Gee, and I’m 27 years old Bikes is my life Most people say it, but few truly live it I’ve experienced all sides of this life and won’t stop riding

The best sides are the adrenaline rush and the sense of progress, like seeing yourself transform into something you see in movies (like the 12’oclock boys) There’s also the peace, a feeling I’ve never experienced before. But the bad sides are the hospitals and jail cells

I was born and raised in New York City, and for the last couple of years, I’ve been living right outside of Jacksonville, Florida Currently, I ride a custom-built 2000 Harley Davidson FXDX Dyna I’ve spent countless hours tinkering with every nut and bolt, using only the best parts, but it’s still junk

I’ve been riding for my whole life. I learned to ride a dirtbike (PW50) before I even got a bicycle. So, I’d say I’ve been riding for at least 22 years. Growing up in chaos, riding was always my escape I’d take my bicycle out of the backyard, escape the mess, and ride around the neighborhood, by myself or with my friends

I think that’s why so many of us ride to escape any kind of reality we might be living in, whether it’s good or bad These bikes are my saving grace My dream bike since I was a kid was the Dyna I have now Before the Harley’s, it was dirtbikes and dirtbikes only They still hold a special place in my heart

In NewYork City, if you can ride a dirtbike in the streets, get away from the cops, and have a good time, you’re a rider I’ve had all kinds of dirtbikes, from the 50s to the 70s, 80s, 125s, 250s, and 450s My heart and soul will always be with a 450 the bike that stopped me in my tracks and changed my life forever

I was hit by a drunk driver, and I don’t remember anything I was in a coma for a couple of days My spleen and appendix exploded, my lungs collapsed, I broke my pelvis and all of my ribs, my feet broke, and I had one toe amputated. After three blood transfusions, I was finally able to roll again What a life

Before and after this, I’ve had my fair share of falls, but I’ve always stayed on the bikes I was even arrested once while riding, and there was a wild chase, helicopters, and all But I’m truly blessed I ride because it’s all I know It’s my escape from my childhood, my escape from my mind, and the stresses of being a young man in today’s world I ride to prioritize my mental health, and I encourage many men to do the same Find something you love and don’t stop doing it. I never did. Ride to make that kid inside you smile, or the kid in the backseat of his mom’s car in traffic smiling and waving We don’t realize the impact we have on the youth We’re like neighborhood heroes, victimless crimes, the bad guys? Maybe in the eyes of the law But if not for the bikes, who knows, some of us might be worse off “Bikelife” Any advice I can give riders is to be kind to others, give respect, and get respect in return You never know why someone else is riding that bike Maybe they’re having a good time with their buddies, or maybe they’re escaping demons they don’t talk about inside Let’s come together as a community, show love, and lift each other up in a world that tries to tear everyone down.

My name is Tina Marie, and I am 33 years old Originally from Long Island, New York, I now call Saint Petersburg, Florida, home

In my garage, you’ll nd a Kawasaki Ninja 636, a BMW S1000RR, and a Husqvarna 450FC My riding journey began in February 2011 with my cousin Louie, who taught me on a 2001 Suzuki GSX-R600. Shortly after mastering the basics, I purchased my rst bike a 2001 Honda CBR600 F4 It was sleek, black with a striking red banana seat, and had a carbureted engine with a choke.

Tragically, ve months later, Louie lost his life in a motorcycle accident. Out of respect for my family, I made the tough decision to sell my bike, and it took years before I got back in the saddle. Before his passing, Louie gifted me a blue and white leather Icon Kitty motorcycle jacket, which remains a cherished keepsake in my closet

Fast forward over a decade, and I proudly ride for Icon Motosports. This is my second year as a sponsored rider, and I am thrilled to work alongside such talented and creative individuals

When people ask, “Have you ever fallen?” the answer is always ‘yes,’ or for some, ‘not yet ’ I’ve had my share of spills, including a memorable moment at the NVP Expo stunt show organized by Icon During my rst wheelie

attempt, I looped in front of what felt like a million spectators. It was a challenging moment, but I learned that falling is simply part of the journey, and my supportive team and motorcycle community understood that.

My goals are clear: I intend to become a better all-around rider I have a range of tricks I want to master, and I’m eager to challenge myself physically and mentally Overcoming my fears, both on and o the bike, is exhilarating, and I’m committed to seizing every opportunity to grow and excel I also envision opening a shop to sell Icon gear and apparel, where I can build and customize stunt bikes Sharing my knowledge with new riders and helping them kickstart their journeys is something I deeply value

I believe in the power of pursuing passions, and I am determined to inspire others to follow their dreams, no matter the obstacles they encounter along the way

Thank you for allowing me to share my story! Find me on Instagram! @tinamariestunt

Hello! I’m Saalim, a 30-year-old originally from India, now residing in Canada

Currently, I ride a 2004 Kawasaki ZX6R, a 2014 Triumph StreetTriple R, and a 2004YZ125 – all customized for stunting I’ve been passionate about stunting for nearly a decade: four years in India and the past six years here in Canada Overall, I have over 13 years of riding experience, which began with a small Honda Dio 125 I still cherish those early moments

As for my dream bike, it's a fully built 2025 ZX6R stunt setup – I’m determined to make that a reality one day

I faced a significant crash in 2022, but that didn’t deter my spirit Moving to Canada with the ambition to stunt on big bikes was a monumental accomplishment for me In India, it was quite a challenge to afford and build a stunt bike Just being here, riding, and working towards establishing my own business feels like a major victory

Riding is my true passion I cherish every aspect of it from mastering new tricks and taking the hits, to repairing my bike and evolving through the experience I used to rely on mechanics, but now my friends and I lend a helping hand to one another The riding community in Canada is incredibly supportive, and I am truly thankful for that

If I could share one piece of advice: life is fleeting. We often believe we have all the time in the world, but that’s not the case Live your life as you desire before it’s too late

I’m 37 years old and I have a 19year-old son. I am from Ontario, Canada, and I currently reside in Ontario. I own three bikes: a 2020 Honda Grom, a 2014 Yamaha WR 250, and a 2003 Kawasaki636 My 2003 Kawasaki 636 has been customized for shows and lots It sports a magura master with NDC brake setup and a full street fighter look. My Grom is fully customized, and the WR250 is my dirt rider/street machine, also fully built and tuned

I have been into stunting for 11 years, and I have been riding since I was 6. My father’s love for riding sparked my interest and involvement at a young age I first saw stunt riding at a show when I was 10, and I got hooked with endos My first bike was a 1992 Kawasaki Ninja 600, which I bought in 2012. It wasn’t a stunt bike, but it got me started. After its 2nd gear blew out, I purchased a 2013 Yamaha R6, which led me to the lots and streets with new friends I made after moving from the countryside to the city I connected with other riders through social media and would like to thank my friend @ slenderman557 for letting me and my buddy tag along.

I started riding later in life, having become a father to my son at the age of 18. He has always supported me in this sport wholeheartedly, giving me 100000% encouragement to be better I don’t have a dream bike, as I love many, but I would love to have an adventure bike to travel to places all over the world.

Have I ever fallen? Yes, countless times, but my worst was an endo at 70mph The bars went left, and I headed straight to the pavement headfirst I dislocated my right thumb, separated my shoulder by 3 inches, and even had a seizure from the head injury. I was placed in a coma for 8 hours, and my partner of 18 years had to start planning my funeral as it was uncertain if I would survive Despite this, it did not deter me from pursuing my passion for becoming a great stunt rider and showman. I had a cast on my hand for 6 weeks due to the dislocation. As soon as the cast was off, I was on a pit bike every day for 6 hours It was the best thing that happened to me, helping me stay away from chemical narcotics This year marks my 6th year of being clean, and I am 6 years ahead in becoming the best version of myself in this game I have one main goal: to be part of the 500’ club with my friends @jessetoler and @rodneysargent These riders have been my role models for years. Rodney is an inspiration,

having fought cancer and still riding like a champ. Riding helps me release my inner demons. When I start that bike, everything wrong fades away, and I feel on top of the world I owe the biggest shoutout to my friend @dropback p for our 12 years of friendship and memories #teamnoplans. This man has brought endless happiness into my life and brought me to the States

My advice for other riders is that just because you’re not at the balance point right now doesn’t mean you won’t figure out the balance in life. We need to fall nine times to get up once.

A part of my testimony is that I got into freestyle stunt riding because my late fiancé, Olivia, had a goal for us to ride in parking lots and perform shows in a safer environment God led me to my current wife, Kaitlynn. Together, we perform stunt shows and spread our faith and love for others, encouraging and uplifting people

My name is FreddyG. I’m from Chicago, Illinois. I’m 37 years old and have been stuntriding for the past 18 years. It’s been an incredibly fun experience, and I’ve been around the world, meeting many cool people that I know as friends.

I ride an 03/04 (x-apple-data-detectors://0) in the lot and a 2023 Yamaha R7 for street riding. I also have a built 2024 Honda CRF110 for mini activities.

What got me into stuntriding was growing up. Around my uncles, both of whom rode BMX professionally and then transitioned to street bikes, I thought it was the coolest thing. I ended up getting my first street bike at the age of 17, which was a 2003 Honda F4i I learned everything I know on that bike I also grew up watching Jesse Toler ride. I was hooked! I knew I needed to accomplish that trick, so I ended up competing at one of his events called the AM Stoppie School I ended up getting my 500ft stoppie stickers, also known as the High Rollers Club. It’s always been a big goal of mine

I’ve definitely had my fair share of hard crashes. I’ve flipped stoppies, high-sided drifts, and even been in the hospital for broken clavicles, collapses, and lung damage. My worst one was when a kid from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, pulled out in front of me when I was coming in in a stoppie at 80 mph. When he decided to fall out in front of me, it caused me to hit my front brakes hard, which threw me off the bike. The bike landed on my back, knocking me out for 20 minutes. It was one of the scariest moments I’ve ever had.

But you know what? Riding it really makes you forget about life. It’s always kept me in a great state of mind. I’ve met many great people along the way. The world recently got into drift cars, and I’ve been doing grass-roots competitions called the Daily Drift Competition. I want to say a big thank you to all the companies that have helped me along the way: Cardo Freestylelife clothing, A Town Customs tires, Streets Truefocus fab topstitch seats.

Corey (aka: ClutchUpCorey) is 29 years old and lives in Boston, MA. He rides a 2006 Yamaha R6 and has been stunt riding for seven years “I love stunt riding and I love my R6. Full Stunterx built the custom protection cage to keep me cool, added a Graves tank, a Wonk 333 rear seat, and an SS Moto brake bracket, pretty much all the bells and whistles needed for this bike. I can’t say I have a dream bike I’m just busy trying to live my dream on a bike!” he said. “I fall all the time, but fall 9 times get up ten times! Things are going to happen, so learning how to fall is actually a thing, believe it or not, lol! Some of my goals for 2024 are to attain more mainstream sponsors, step up my social media pages, and open up my trick list,” Corey added.

“I ride because I love it, and there’s nothing more exciting than throwing my leg over my machine and doing what some people think is impossible. For those few moments, nothing else matters just a feeling that is unexplainable unless you’ve been there.” My advice to people is you have to get out there and stick with it don’t wait for others to chase your dreams Ride because you love it, and the rest will follow!
