O Mundial do Brasil, quinto torneio realizado na América do Sul, terá a participação recorde de seis equipes sul-americanas. E ninguém jamais viu tantos campeões mundiais reunidos em uma única edição: Brasil, Argentina, Uruguai, Alemanha, Itália, França, Inglaterra e Espanha. O sorteio final da Copa, realizado no começo de 2014, determinou a trilha de cada uma das equipes classificadas para o Mundial. Divididas entre as 12 sedes, elas já conhecem os adversários e os palcos que tentarão passar pelo filtro da fase de grupos, até chegar ao “mata-mata”. Vamos relembrar um pouco do histórico de cada Seleção.

History of each National Team The 2014 World Cup already has its 32 participants determined. Brazil’s World Cup, fifth tournament held in South America, will have a Record participation of six South American teams. And nobody has ever seen so many world champions gathered in a single edition: Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Germany, Italy, France, England, and Spain. The Cup’s final draft, held in the beginning of 2014, determined the path from each one of the qualified teams to the world Cup. Divided amongst the 12 host-cities, they already know their opponents and the stages where they will try to overcome the group round, until reaching the “knockout round”. Let us remember a bit of each national team’s history.
