Ms. Sullivan joined the United States Department of Health and Medicaid Services, as a Presidential Management Intern. Curren Operations & Local Engagement, Innovation and Financial Management Group. She is the Division Director for the Innovation and Operations Division. In this role, she oversees a team responsible for the Medicare Fee for Service program at the regional level to protect Medicare beneficiaries and support medical providers. She also oversees Medicare contractors to ensure sound fiscal stewardship of the Medicare Trust Fund.

Ms. Sullivan is a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church in Dallas, Texas. She is a former member of the Junior League of Dallas where she served on the Research and Development committee and as a volunteer at the Dallas Museum of Art. In addition, she owns an interior design company, Grant Sullivan Interiors, and her work has been featured on the Home and Garden Television network.
