The board tabled the Bonita Bay monument repair. Management was directed to obtain other bids and provide pricing for tiles verses a granite slab.
Approved the following updates to the security post orders.
Section 3.2 ADMISSION OF UNIDENTIFIED PERSON OR TENANTS: The security staff is not permitted to accept a resident’s request to allow all access to guests requesting the resident’s address. Direct all such requestors to contact management at the Clubhouse. The Clubhouse will require a list of guests and or vendors that will be provided to all guardhouses after management approval. Section 4.14 VIOLATORS OF PARKING RULES AND REGULATION: If you witness a violation of the rules and regulations, politely bring the infraction to the offending party’s attention. For example: A courtesy knock during the hours of 9 AM to 9 PM.
