Work at E-puben

The pub is runned by twelve students who all want our pub to be the best on campus. These people are a part of a committee under HHUS who have different roles in trying to create the best student experience for all students at Umeå University.

This is how you sign up for work at E-puben

Step 1

Join the facebook group “work at E-puben”

Step 2

In the facebook group you can find the link to the spreadsheet where you can sign up for work. Click the link and add your name to an empty slot.

Step 3

You will be added to a messenger group with the rest of the people who have signed up to work at the E-puben. In this group the evening manager (kvällschef) will send out a schedule and at what time you should arrive at the pub.

Step 4

When arriving at the pub the evening manager will go through all the different aspects of working at the pub, such as pouring the perfect Pripps, using the cash register and so on. When you have completed the shift you will be awarded a point which lets you skip the queue at an event equivalent to the event you worked at. We assure you that you’ll have a great time working at E-puben and we know it is a great opportunity to meet new people and expand your social circle!
