New table models with capacity 5, 10, 30 and 50 kN and floor models of 100, 150, 200 and 300 kN are now offered with crosshead travel of 1400mm instead of the standard 1100mm. Furthermore the 5 kN model is now available in single screw version allowing a cost reduction in less heavier applications. The extended travel allows the use of higher temperature chambers for those applications where the expected strain is very high or large fixtures are required. The Insight line of testing machines is controlled with the material testing software “Test Works”. MTS experience on many testing applications and the advanced performances of the new testing frames allow an advanced solution at a reasonable price.

oss (Pad. 16 Stand D21) si presenta con due importanti novità, le nuove ET4 e Lite D. Lite D è una macchina d’ispezione per guarnizioni piane con diametro esterno fino a 90mm. Gli articoli vengono allineati singolarmente sul sistema di movimentazione che li porta in corrispondenza dei differenti gruppi di controllo ottico in base al tipo di ispezione necessaria. Il gruppo di controllo pezzi è costituito da 2 tavole rotanti, un sistema indipendente di scarto pezzi per ogni stazione di controllo, un sistema di illuminazione a basso consumo energetico, un sistema ottico con zoom manuale che permette l’ottimizzazione delle immagini, telecamere da 5 Megapixel. E’ possibile, inoltre, monitorare in qualsiasi momento l’andamento di scarti e pezzi conformi ed ottenere report dettagliati anche sulle tipologie d’errore riscontrate semplicemente consultando il menù. ET4 è uno strumento di misurazione costituito da una tavola di vetro e un obiettivo tele-centrico. L’operatore appoggia manualmente il campione da misurare (diametro interno min.1mm, diametro esterno max 124mm) sul piano in vetro translucido, poi la telecamera e l’obiettivo tele-centrico acquisiscono l’immagine senza distorsioni. gennaio

I dati così rilevati (diametro interno min./max, diametro esterno min./max, corda min./max., corda media min./max.) sono resi disponibili in forma numerica all’operatore grazie all’interfaccia grafica. Questo strumento consente di misurare contemporaneamente più pezzi contenuti all’interno del campo ottico con verifica delle tolleranze impostate. E’ possibile anche misurare pezzi non circolari, dalle forme irregolari grazie a quattro righelli programmabili per la misurazione di distanze lineari sulla sagoma del pezzo. Lo strumento misura i raggi di curvatura parziale, gli interassi e i diametri interni.

oss (Hall 16 Stand D21) presents two important novelties, the new ET4 e Lite D. Lite D is a visual inspection machine for the quality control of flat gaskets up to 90mm (OD). The parts are conveyed, one by one, to the different inspection units. The machine consists of two revolving tables, an independent sorting system for each station, a low consumption light system, a manual optical zoom for the optimization of the images and 5 Megapixel cameras. It is possible to check the flow of rejects and good parts at any time and to obtain detailed reports on the type of defects. ET4 is measuring equipment consisting of a glass table and tele-centric lens. The operator places the part to measure (min.1 - max 124mm OD) on the glass plate; the camera and the lens will acquire the image without distortions. The collected data (min. - max. ID, min.- max. OD, min.- max. Chord, average ID, OD, Chord) can be accessed by the operator through the graphic interface. The equipment allows measuring more parts placed on the plate within the framed field by comparing them with the set tolerances. It is also possible to measure non circular parts, with irregular shapes, thanks to 4 rulers that can be set for the measurement of linear distances on the part’s shape. The instrument measures also the ray of partial curving, distances between the centre and ID.
