International soul and a new identity The positive feedback achieved by the Macef September 2013 edition has strongly supported the launch of the new HOMI project - the new great MACEF to be held January 19 to 22, 2014. HOMI, a simple yet meaningful name, where the O refers to a circle that symbolically encloses and surrounds people, their spaces and habits, and the final MI pays homage to the city of Milan. HOMI, the new show that revolves around people, their styles and spaces, capitalises on the value and the results achieved during the latest edition of MACEF to invest in an original exhibition concept. “HOMI was created and will grow in Milan, the cradle of lifestyle, but it already has an international vocation in its DNA said Enrico Pazzali, CEO of Fiera Milano. “After fifty years we decided to give Macef a new identity, change was necessary to meet consumers’ needs.
