JCK Las Vegas, aria di ripresa JCK, a feeling of confidence

ilancio positivo per JCK Las Vegas, la principale fiera orafa degli Stati Uniti e quindi importante test per sondare lo stato di salute del mercato americano, da sempre sbocco fondamentale per l’export di casa nostra. Nessuno si azzarda a parlare di una decisa ripresa, ma si è respirata un’aria di fiducia e cauto ottimismo e diversi sono stati i segnali positivi. Prima di tutto l’alto livello e la varietà dell’offerta - oltre 2500 gli espositori - che spaziava dall’alta gioielleria al bijou di qualità alle creazioni di design; e, soprattutto, il concreto interesse mostrato dai buyer che hanno visitato le varie aree della fiera. Per quanto riguarda le aziende italiane, peraltro non favorite dalla posizione, ha lavorato con soddisfazione chi si è preparato a questo evento studiando le caratteristiche e le aspettative del mercato USA, organizzando appuntamenti mirati e presentandosi con un prodotto ad hoc: il momento e la situazione economica non lasciano più spazio a improvvisazioni. 2014, JCK Las Vegas si terrà dal 30 Maggio al 2 Giugno. n Positive results for JCK Las Vegas, the largest jewellery fair in the United States; it was an important opportunity to test the state of health of the American market, which has always been fundamental outlet for Italian exports. No one dares to speak of a strong recovery, but the show brought an air of confidence and cautious optimism and there have been several positive signs. First of all the high level and variety of products - over 2,500 exhibitors that ranged from fine jewellery to quality costume jewellery and designer creations, and, above all, the real interest shown by the buyers who visited the various areas of the exhibition. As for Italian companies, by the way non favoured by their position, results were satisfactory for those who prepared for this event, studying the characteristics and expectations of the U.S. market by organising targeted events and presenting a specific product: the current economic climate and situation no longer leave room for improvisation. In 2014, JCK Las Vegas will be held from 30 May to 2 June.
