She has put in a huge amount of effort and hats off to her because we have grown a great deal in places such as Dubai, Kuala Lumpur and most recently Latin America. There is always room to improve, for example, by making our events as geographically accessible and relevant as possible. In particular, I want to grow the Near Surface Geoscience division, which currently accounts for about 10% of the membership.
