Agrilife Extension Sessions AGRILIFE EXTENSION: STRESS LESS WITH MINDFULNESS
Texas A&M Agrilife Extension offers Stress Less with Mindfulness, a five-class series aimed at reducing stress through mindfulness practice. The program, held at the Maxwell Adult Center, helps participants manage symptoms of worry, depression, physical tension, and can be beneficial for individuals with cardiac disease and diabetes. This event will take place on Wednesdays from January 10th to January 31st. Registration includes all four sessions.
