General Responsibilities




Operational Responsibilities
To attain a Personal Licence as soon as possible and in the meantime remember you are operating using another person’s licence, so your actions reflect upon them. 1. Stocks are managed and ordered in line with the Clubs requirements. 2. Beer lines are always kept clean. 3. Produce monthly cleaning rota for bar staff. Those jobs to be carried out on Tues/Wed/Thurs evenings. 4.
Produce a compliance spread sheet for the board and ensure all compliance logs are completed in accordance with schedules. 5. In conjunction with the Facilities “Handyman” produce a maintenance list for the board. 6. Manage Facilities “Handyman”. 7. Create and agree a rota for the Cleaning Co and ensure the Club is always clean, tidy and looking its best and improving. 8 Order Cleaning Supplies as required by Cleaning Co as and when required 9 Manage Licence and licensable activities (Temporary Licenses). 10. Weekly risk assessment of Club and facilities. 11.
1st Team Games
1st floor dining area is clean/tidy and set up for lunch (liaise closely with club Chef). 1. Produce table plans for lunches with sponsor logo if required. 2. Produce menu for each table with sponsor logo if required 3 Produce job list for bar staff to ensure all tasks are completed for the day (microphone, programmes, refs’ drinks, keys, table numbers. PDQ’S are working etc). 4.
Admin & Financial Requirements
Produce wages report for Accounts. 1. Manage Club Float. 2. Banking.3. Inputting stocks on to chips 4. Ensure ALL lettings are on Club Calendar. 5. Produce Function sheets. 6. Liaise with Accounts to book events and ensure payments are received. 7. Weekly figures sent to the board. 8 PCI compliance / Annual questionnaire. 9
