The College became aware late last week of an issue affecting email delivery to some families. This appears to be linked to the Microsoft email ecosystem, including addresses ending in hotmail.com, outlook.com and live.com.au.
Students, and family members using non-Microsoft email domains, are continuing to receive College communications as expected

Our IT team is actively working with email providers and third-party services to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
We are particularly mindful that the start of the school year is approaching and that important communications will be shared shortly, including information about:
• Bus transportation
• Start-of-year arrangements
• Potential changes during days of Total Fire Ban
We will continue to provide alternative ways for families to access key information while this issue is being addressed.
