-Media taza de yogurt natural -2 o 3 cucharadas de granola -Frutilla picada Instrucciones
Colocar el yogurt en una copa, colocar por encima la granola y la fruta. Acompañar con otras frutas a gusto en un plato aparte y jugo de zanahoria y naranja.
