DesignPoint worked with Scully Company and Serfass Construction to develop new multi-family housing in the Lehigh Valley. Terrain on the Parkway offers 160 apartments, ranging from studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units. The apartment complex is located less than five minutes from downtown Allentown and presents a scenic retreat with quick access to all the action. Spacious apartments showcase designer kitchens and light-filled open layouts. Apartment interiors are neutral and bright – a clean backdrop for residents to introduce their own personal touches. DesignPoint styled the model room as a tasteful example of an apartment brought to life with furnishings and décor.
Terrain is a place young professionals and families are happy to call home. Amenities on site include a fitness center and yoga studio, a community kitchen and game lounge, dog wash, bike storage, and more. Eye-catching design statements in materials, lighting, and furnishing enhance the appeal. The building interiors exhibit a contemporary aesthetic that exceeds market competition. This remarkable style helped sell the apartments to capacity before the project was entirely completed. Terrain now represents a new standard for housing in the Lehigh Valley area. .
