Notch Modern Kitchen & Bar is designed with memorable contrast and character. The historic brick building plays quiet host to a bold and clamorous interior vibe. The restaurant’s layout supports a variety of dining options throughout several privacy conditions among the downstairs, upstairs, and outdoor areas. The chef’s table provides a personalized culinary experience for small parties with a direct view of the kitchen crew in action. The restaurant also features a full “bar-in-the-round,” custom booth seating, and a large outdoor patio and pergola, where guests can drink and dine under the night sky.

Private events can be hosted on the second floor with family-style seating options and stunning architectural details. Multiple custom design features make this restaurant anything but ordinary. From the wine wall showcase to the custom lighting fixtures, each space offers a unique element of interest. Lastly the centerof-attention bar sets the stage with its dynamic use of materials and geometric shape.
