single family homes with the exception of a special use district dedicated to mobile houses. The West and Northeast tract share portions of Western Ave., but both are predominantly single family residences. While opportunities continue to exist

along this commercial corridor, the Northeast tract has an interesting element along the eastern edge known as the Northeast Cargo Oriented Development site, which will be discussed in detail later.
