"I thought the water lantern event was fun! The atmosphere was super nice and relaxing, and it looked like everyone was having a good time. It was kind of hectic sometimes because we were trying to restock some of the lantern bags but it turned out alright. The water lanterns on the pond looked so pretty and I’m glad that there was some food :D" - Yohanna Tagapan, 12

"I had lots of fun during the water lantern festival! This event was my favorite because I loved how beautiful the scenery looked and the jobs were pretty easy. I was alternating between cleaning up the trash and handing out the merchandise. I loved the part where we made a lantern just for our club! I really hope we can do this event again because I truly loved and enjoyed it :)" - Princess Yambao, 9

“This was the first physical DCON to be held after two consecutive years of it being held online. It was so great being able to meet Key Clubbers around the CNH district, and see all the creative spirit gear! Being able to witness everything we have achieved not just as a division, but as a district, it reminded me how amazing Key Clubbers really are. As I watched our now IP Lt. Governors retire, I was able to share such an emotional moment with all of them and celebrate not just the end of the term, but the start of the next. All the people I’ve met, all the cheers that I screamed, and all the emotions I felt, DCON is something I would never forget. It really was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend you attend the next DCON. I would love to experience next year’s DCON with all of my fellow Seamonkeys!” -Jessica Ryn, 11

“District Convention was such a great experience for me. at reno, I met the most amazing and charismatic people. I clicked and got along so well with so many of the members and lieutenant governors. after many tears on the last day of dcon, I hold many of the memories I made close to my heart. the people I met continue to inspire me to become a better leader and person, and I will improve as an individual with these role models in mind.“ -IP D28N Lt. Governor Joshua Placido, 11
