TheClubhouseManagerpositionat Wexfordoverseescomprehensive clubhouseoperations.The responsibilitiesinvolvemanagingall clubhouseactivities,member services,andfacilitymaintenance whileensuringthehigheststandards ofserviceandhospitality.Therole encompassesoverseeingmember events,coordinatingwithvarious departments,managingbudgets, andsupervisingclubhousestaff.The ClubhouseManagerisalsotasked withdevelopingandimplementing memberengagementprograms, ensuringsafetyandcleanliness,and maintainingexceptionalstandards inallclubhouseoperations
Additionally,thepositionrequires strongleadership,excellent communicationskills,andtheability toexceedmemberandguest expectationsthroughinnovativeand efficientmanagementpractices.
TheClubhouseManagerisresponsibleforproviding exceptionalserviceandexperiencestotheClub’smembers andguests ResponsibleforthegeneraloperationsofFood andBeverage,Pool,andClubhouse(includingoverseeing maintenanceandrepairoftherespectiveareas).The ClubhouseManager’sresponsibilitieswillfocusheavilyon evaluatingandenhancingservicestandards,developing trainingprograms,overseeingthedailyexecutionofservice, mentoringsupervisorsandlinestaff,andworkingclosely withtheculinarydepartmenttoprovidemembersandtheir guestswithrefinedandefficientservice.TheClubhouse Managerensuresahighstandardofappearance, hospitality,andserviceinpersonnelandthecleanlinessof theclubhouse Hiresandtrainsthediningroomstaff; manageswithinbudgetaryrestraints;develops/implements programstoincreasesales Otherresponsibilitiesmaybe assignedbytheGeneralManager.
Overseescluboperationsdaily Maintainscontactwithmembersandhelpsensure maximummembersatisfaction.
ReviewsthemenusproposedbytheExecutiveCheffor alacarteandspecialeventsandofferssuggestions. Inspectstoensurethatallsafety,sanitation,energy management,preventivemaintenance,andother standardsareconsistentlymet.Participatesinongoing facilityinspectionsthroughouttheClubtoensurethat cleanliness,safety,andotherstandardsare consistentlyattained
Helpsplanandapproveexternalandinternal marketingandsalespromotionactivitiesforthefood andbeverageoperation
Plansroomset-upbasedonanticipatedguestcounts andclientneeds
Ensuresthatalllegalrequirementsareconsistently adheredto,includingwageandhourandfederal,state and/orlocallawspertainingtoalcoholicbeverages Implementspoliciesandproceduresforthefoodand beveragedepartment.
Ensuresthatallstandardoperatingproceduresfor salesandcostcontrolareinplaceandconsistently utilized.

Responsibleforallbillingandgeneratingtheweekly summercampP&Ls.
