JOBTASKSANDDUTIES
ProactivelymanagesandpromotesNYCCfoodandbeverage programs.Developsnewprogramsformembersatisfactionand revenuegrowth.
Maintainsthehigheststandardsofprofessionalismforselfandstaff, includinghiring,training,compensating,andpromotingthemost competentemployees.
Activelyparticipatesinmemberoutreachprograms,including developingactionplansforimprovedmembersatisfaction. Assistsinthebusinessdevelopmentofweddingsandotherspecial events
Directsallfoodandbeveragefront-of-house(FOH)andculinary operations(throughtheExecutiveChef);participatesinmenu development,vendorassessment,andmanagementstaff performanceevaluations.
EnsuresperformanceevaluationsofallF&BandCulinarystaffare doneannually Drivesthescope,revenue,marketing,andprofitabilityoftheClub’s wineandbeveragebusiness.
Directsandconstantlyseeksimprovementinallfoodandbeverage operations.
ManagesFOHdepartmentalperformanceonsales,expenses,and net-incomegoalsascontainedintheF&Bannualbudget Participatesinthepreparationoftheannualcapitalandoperating budgetforF&Boperations,carefullymonitorsperformanceagainst budget,andmanagesprograms/employeestoattainbudgeted goals.
Providesannualwrittenperformanceevaluationsondirectreports.
Ensuresthatstaffiscompensatedfairlyanddevelopsincentive programstorewardinspiredperformance Attendsnational,regional,andlocaleducationconferencesand meetingsasrequired.
MonitorssurveyresultsonF&B,takescorrectiveaction. Handlesmembercomplaintsquicklyandwithdiscretion. ProvidesinformationfortheClub'snewsletterandwebsite IntheabsenceoftheGeneralManager,actsastheClubManagerOn-Duty(MOD).
LooksforopportunitiestopromotetheClubthroughcommunity outreachandvolunteerparticipation.

COMPENSATIONANDBENEFTIS
Salaryofferedbeginsat$100,000annually, commensuratewithexperience
