TheExecutiveChefatUrbanaCountry Club(UCC)isresponsibleforallfood production,includingthatsoldinthe restaurants,banquets,andotheroutlets He/shedevelopsmenus,foodpurchase specifications,andrecipes,and developsandmonitorsfoodandlabor budgetsforthedepartment The ExecutiveChefmaintainsthehighest professionalfoodqualityandsanitation standardsandmodelssuchstandards forhis/herteams.

Evaluatecurrentoperationsandsetappropriateand necessarystandardsofoperation,processes,execution, anddeliverywithintheculinaryoperation,taking ownershipfortheentireexperiencefromproductionto finaldeliveryoftheendproduct,whileworkingclosely andpositivelywiththefront-of-houseteam.
Overseethesetupandimplementationofthenew kitchenandrelatedequipment Developupdated workflowprocessesandprocedurestomaximize storage,prep,production,andmembersatisfaction Learnabout,evaluate,andcontinuedeveloping, training,andmentoringtheculinaryteamwhile promotingfairnessandconsistency.

Collaboratewithallmanagersfromotherdepartments andteamonelevatingthevarietyofF&Bofferingsclubwide.
Meetbudgetedfoodandlaborcostgoalsby proactivelymonitoringandcontrollingfoodandlabor costsincoordinationwiththeGeneralManagerand ClubController.
Exploreand,whereappropriate,securelocalfood sourcing,includingfarmsandlocal/regionalproducers.
Bevisible,meet,engagewith,and learntheMembers’namesand preferences,anddiningrequirements.
HasadegreeinCulinaryArtsand/orotherHospitalityManagementfocus
Has(5)fiveyearsoffoodproductionandmanagementexperience.
HasachievedExecutiveChefCertificationsinvariousforms
Hasexceptionalleadershipskills
Hasexperienceplanningandmonitoringallfood-production-related costs.
Successfulexperiencedevelopingfoodpurchasespecificationsand standardrecipes
Hasaproventrackrecordofmaintainingfoodqualityandsanitation standards.
Isaknownandrespectedleaderandteamplayer,withinthekitchen,with theFOHteamandwithallClubandteammembers
IsexperiencedwithtechnologyincludingPOSsystemssuchasNorthstar, andMicrosoftExcel,Word,Outlook,Cheftech,etc.
Compensation:$85,000-$95,000base salarycommensuratewithexperienceplus annualbonuspotential.
