POSITION OVERVIEW

TheFoodandBeverageDirectoris ultimatelyresponsibleforalldaily foodandbeverageservice operations,includingparties, meetings,events,andweddings.

Beingthedirectoroftheseoperations requiresanunderstandingthata hands-onapproachandappropriate delegationarecriticaltosuccessin thisposition.

TheF&BDirectorconsistentlyprovides thehighestcustomerserviceand high-endmenuitems.This managerialpositioninvolvesworking closelywithandreportingtothe GeneralManager.

TherelationshipwiththeEvents Coordinator,GolfStaff,andF&BTeam issignificanttothisposition,ensuring collaborativeandharmonious relationshipsbetweenfrontandbackof-houseoperations.

Workwiththemanagementteamtodevelopandimplementmarketing programstoincreaserevenuesinallF&B-relatedactivities

ThenewlyrenovatedQuarryOaksGolfClub,located halfwaybetweenthecitiesofLincolnandOmaha, Nebraskaisaperfectdestinationforcorporateoutings andretreats,aswellasweddingsandothersocialevents.

COMPENSATION &BENEFITS

BaseSalaryisofferedat$85,000-$95,000annually,commensurate withexperience.

PerformanceBonus.

EligibleforBenefitsprograms(Health,Dental,Vision,Life,and Disabilityinsurance).

Eligiblefor401kuponsatisfactionofplaneligibilityrequirements PaidTimeOffandPaidHolidaysafter90daysofemployment.

TheQuarryOaksGolfClubwasestablishedin1996andisoneofthefinestpublic golffacilitiesintheMidwest.QuarryOaksiscurrentlyundergoingacomplete renovationofthegolfcourseandtheclubhouse Uponcompletion,QuarryOakswill quicklybecomeNebraska’spremierefacilityforcorporateandcharitablegolf events,businessmeetings,parties,events,andweddings

TheclubhouserenovationisacollaborationbetweenClark&EnersenofLincolnand PHXArchitecturefromScottsdale,Arizona.Theall-newDynamiteBar&Grillwillserve astheprimegatheringspotforthegolfers;thisspacewillopentoaspaciousmultitieredpatiofeaturingplentifulshadedseatingareasandthreefirepitlocations The indooreventspacewillhavethreeseparatemeetingroomswiththelatest technologyintegrationsforbusinessmeetingsandconferences.Inaddition,anallnewwingwillbeaddedfeaturingmorerestroomsandafullyappointedbridalsuite. Thesefirst-classamenitieswillrivaltheregion'sfinestmeetingandeventspaces.

Thegolfcourserenovation,startedinFall2022andcompletedinphasesendingin Spring2024,includesallnewgreencomplexes,bunkers,tees,andfairways Astateof-the-artirrigationsystemandselectivetreeclearinghavetransformedthe courseintoatrulyamazinglandscape.
