POSITION OVERVIEW

TheDirectorofPeopleandCulture developsandimplementshuman resourcestrategiesalignedwithclub objectives,overseeingtalentacquisition, employeerelations,andconflictresolution. Theyadministerperformance managementsystems,supporttraining, anddevelopmentinitiatives,andmanage compensationandbenefitsprogramsto ensurecompetitiveandfairpaypractices.

TheDirectorofPeopleandCultureensures compliancewithemploymentlaws, developscompanypolicies,and maintainsHRmetricsandanalyticsfor informeddecision-making.They participateinstrategicplanning,manage HRISanddatasystems,handleemployee offboarding,andleadHRprojectsand initiativestosupportclubobjectives Additionally,theycommunicateHR policies,managetheHRdepartment budget,andensureworkplacesafetyand healthcompliance,fosteringapositive andproductiveworkenvironment

JOBTASKSANDDUTIES

DevelopandimplementHRstrategiesandinitiativesalignedwith overallclubobjectives

Overseetherecruitmentandselectionprocesstoattract,hire, andretaintoptalent.

Manageemployeerelationsissues,includingdisciplinaryactions, investigations,andconflictresolution

Administerperformancemanagementsystems,including appraisals,feedback,anddevelopmentplans.

Providehumanresourceadvice,counsel,guidance,andtraining tomanagersonperformanceimprovement,conflictresolution, anddisciplinaryactions.

Supporttraininganddevelopmentinitiativesbyassessing trainingneedsandapplyingtrainingprograms

Managecompensationandbenefitsprogramstoensure competitiveandfairpaypractices.

Ensurecompliancewithfederal,state,andlocalemployment lawsandregulations

Developandenforcecompanypoliciesandprocedures.

MaintainHRmetricsandanalyticsforinformeddecision-making.

Participateinstrategicplanningandorganizationaldevelopment activities

EDUCATIONANDEXPERIENCE

Abachelor’sdegreeortheequivalentyearsofexperiencein HumanResourcesorarelatedfield.Amaster’sdegreeis preferred.

Aminimumofseven(7)yearsofHRexperienceisrequired SHRM-CP,PHRdesignation,orotherHR-relatedcertification preferred.

Previoushospitality,memberassociation,orprivateclub experienceispreferred.

HighlevelofproficiencyinMicrosoftOfficeSuite.

COMPENSATIONANDBENEFTIS

$145,000-$160,000annualsalary,commensuratewithexperience Full medicalanddentalbenefits,aholidayandvacationpackage,anda401 (k)planareoffered.Relocationreimbursementisavailableifneeded.

ThehistoricMainClubhouse,locatedonPiedmontAvenueinmidtownAtlanta, offersultra-casualdiningintheHorseshoeandAbovetheHorseshoe,casualdining inTheParkRoom,whichoverlooksPiedmontPark,andaformalalacarte experienceinTheMainBar.Thebanquetspacecanaccommodateprivate functionsrangingfromanintimatedinnertoeventsfor800ormorepeople.
